I stopped by almost without an appointment and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly and professionally the oil change was handled. The staff was courteous, and Samantha was especially helpful and kind throughout the process. Really appreciate the great service!

They have the best customer service I have ever experienced. Britten, my service advisor is totally knowledgeable about the vehicle and service. I can?t even compare this place to any other service center. I had BMW?s and a Porsche and would get a pit in my stomach taking my cars into those dealer service centers. Never ever with this place. I know that they are qualified and honest. I wish I had been driving Cadillacs for the past decades due of these people. In addition, my XT5 is by far, the best vehicle I have ever owned.

I called the main number to schedule an appointment. I spoke with Brooke ( the AI) assistance. She asked couple of questions and offered an appointment for one hour later, same day. I was surprised!! Normally I get an appointment for a week later. I was happy I could take care of it right away. I had a delicious hot chocolate drink from their machine and delicious toppings (which I tried all- no sugars for a month ????). I was comfy watching tv with my hot chocolate when I got a text one hour later .. fast and amazing. My service advisor was Mauricio Alquezada. He was very professional and respectful.

Mr. Epino, I am compelled to write this review in explaining my experience with the service department, and most notably Ms. Ashley Williams, on July 26, 2022. The issue was the inability to raise the roof on my 2006 Cadillac XLR. Ms. Williams, because of her tenacity and willingness to go a step further resolved this issue with little or no trouble. The problem arose when I had to have my battery charged and placed back in my car. The windshield apparently has to be recalibrated to allow electrical systems to operate. My top is now functional and Findlay did not charge me for their work. Instead of leaving my car overnight and receiving an invoice in the thousands I got my car back that morning without a single penny being charged. Talk about a fantastic experience! Findlay will continue to service my Cadillacs going forward and my service rep of choice will be Ashley Williams.

Wow...ask John O. in the parts department. He is a wealth of information. Thank you again John, you are exemplary in your job. If I were Mr. Findley I would be doing everything I could to keep you employed forever in my company.

Service is absolutely outstanding (colton) is very knowledgeable ,helpful and always available. The entire service team is the best.We would recommend to friends and family for their next auto.
