My Cadillac had started make an odd sound. Koby told me they would need it for a couple of days. He kept me updated on what was found the cost of fixing it (if I wanted to). He was a great person to deal with.

The service I had at Royal Cadillac was beyond what I expected. They made up for the mistakes that parts department made.
