I leased a new 2024 Chevy Silverado May of 2024. On November 27th 2024 the transmission went out with only 7100 miles. The service department @ EVS Chevrolet/Cadillac in Saukville, Wi picked up the vehicle and diagnosed the problem and ordered parts from GM. Parts were very difficult to get as they were on backorder. Randy Schuller (service advisor) stayed in touch each week that went by, and I finally got my truck back on February 25th, 2025. Hats off to the entire service team as well as the General manager of the dealership. I highly recommend this dealer and their 5-star service department to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle!!!

Chris Townsend, our salesman at Ed Morse was great! We started a purchase over the phone with another dealership two days prior in Miami. The vehicle was exactly what we wanted and we had our hearts set on it. As the paperwork was being drawn up we were informed by the Miami dealership that there was an error and the vehicle somehow had already been sold. Hector is the best!!! The experience from start to finish was absolutely 5 star. Hector bent over backwards to make sure my parents were taken care of. He even went as far as to follow us to our house so my dad could sign paperwork without leaving. I shopped 3 other dealerships, and without question, I would go to Devoe!!!!

David tulkop was since day one very interested in understand my needs and offer me the help specifically understanding numbers and interest rate. The price of the escalade and the deal was a great offer for me. Unfortunately I could proceed with my purchase but I recommend the dealer and David.

Although not convenient, our locations are becoming less so due to the scarcity of the vehicle I want. All interactions with them have been interesting since the day we initiated our contact happened 4 or 5 times with a different person each time. All the eager beavers seemed professional.

My Cadillac had an issue with the sun shade. Manny diagnosed the problem and arranged for all the parts to be available in two days. He informed me that the repair would take two days. The vehicle was ready ahead of time. He even arranged for a rental for me. Very good service.

I can not say enough about my experience at Long Cadillac. I was referred by a friend that has worked with Long over the past several years; his referral was nothing short of spot-on.
