My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

I have the pleasure of owning one of these vehicles was the last year 2014 it was one of one the way it was built it hurts me very much thinking about the time that I have to get rid of it as it was by far the best vehicle I have ever owned no other car I've ever driven of scene comes even close to that car it was the ultimate sleeper ultimate laundry ultimate performance everything it wasn't the greatest thing gas but that's expected for such car if you ever get an opportunity to buy one of these strongly recommended it ismoney very well spent it's like an investment almost doesn't appreciate a very little while having lots of fun and enjoying your life by it if you can don't even think twice about it as long as it wasn't in any accident

My CTS-V is phenomenal. My hubby bought it for me, cause I've wanted one for about 7 years now. It's so fast, but so comfortable, too. So far, it's been a wonderful car to drive. I absolutely love the looks it gets when I drive it. Lots of thumbs up and stares. I just wish I could drive it more. I've only put about 900 miles on it in the last 6 months, because the dealership I bought it from never paid the extended warranty company the money to activate our warranty. Even though we paid the dealer that money 6 months ago. They ended up pocketing our money. I've been hesitant to drive my V too much for fear if something goes wrong, I don't have my warranty as a back-up. So frustrating! Anyway, back to the car. I love the interior, the Recaro seats are so comfy, it steers like a dream, and it feels so powerful. My husband loves his Escalade, but when he drives my V, he has this huge smile on his face. It's almost creepy. I know he covets my ride. Now that I really own one, I never want to be without it. Only negative would be price. Even used, they're expensive. Gotta pay for those horses, baby!

Everyone @ BMW Bridgeport showed patience, knowledge and expertise. Having owned BMW's for over 15 years I will always by the brand only at BMW of Bridgeport. Vinny not only listened to my needs/wants, delivered exactly what I expected without pressuring me for more upgrades and did not hassle me to make a decision. He went out of his way to ensure I was comfortable with the purchase. When I picked up the vehicle someone (I'm embarassed to have forgotten his name) spent close to an hour reviewing the enhancements to the 2018 3 series. Ensuring I felt confident driving the vehicle home, taking time to to hooking up my blue tooth and loading my radio stations. There were quite a few differences between my current 3 Series and new one. He was very patient with my technical limitations and made all the changes seamless. Victoria from the Business Office was personable and made the transaction easy; ensuring that all the Financials were easily understood. My decision to start the sales process with BMW of Bridgeport came through my 10 year always positive relationship with my Service Specialist Bernard. I have been able to trust in his knowledge and judgements about the service of my previous vehicle for 10 years and I know nothing about cars or technology. Basically buying a vehicle at BMW of Bridgeport is seeing a "family" @ work. The process involved a lot of different people,they all showed trust in each others strengths to give me the "ultimate BMW experience". Thank you all!

This is an incredible car. Very fast and powerful, sleek, comfortable, great looking, and reliable. The perks of a fully loaded Cadillac with the power for a 555 hp Corvette engine! Great for daily commuting or long distance travel. Rare and beautiful.

Marianna was so great to work with! I first met her about a month ago while I was waiting for an oil change (their service center is also great!) and wanted to ask questions regarding the upcoming end of my current lease. We talked about what I wanted in my next vehicle but I wasn???t ready to turn in my old Escape yet. I test drove an EchoSport but didn???t like it was well as the Escape. Since the 2019 Escape was coming out soon I decided to wait. As soon as the new Escapes arrived last week she contacted me to let me know. She already had one picked out for me that had everything I was looking for. Marianna did a great job of going over all the features with me and answering every question I had. I never felt intimidated or pushed to sign a lease I wasn???t comfortable with. It was truly a great experience and I love my new Escape!

I am 66 and I have been dealing with automobile service centers for nearly 50 years now. All I have to say is that if anyone ever asked me what was the best automobile service experience I ever had - I would have to say - hands down - that it has to be Pepe Cadillac Service. These people are First Class all the way, and from all that I've ever seen and experienced in automotive service - Pepe Cadillac Service, in my opinion, sets the Gold Standard that every other automobile service center should aspire to. The Pepe Cadillac Service staff took great care of my service needs, working with my schedule to set up my service appointments, and I received courtesy calls from them to remind me about my service appointments. Their facility is immaculately clean, and they "Roll Out the Red Carpet" for their customers. I received a warm friendly greeting by the folks in the convenient drive-in service drop off area, and I was treated like a VIP by my service specialist Samuel Kwartler, who was very attentive to my needs, and who went out of his way to ensure that my service issues were promptly and properly addressed. The service performed on my Pride and Joy (my Limited Edition 2014 Cadillac ELR - the first ever Electric-Powered Cadillac) was done professionally and to my 100% satisfaction. I received an email with a detailed report of the service performed on my ELR, and all of the checks they performed, I was very impressed with how thorough of a service my car received, and how well all of the checked items were documented in detail on the report. I've never before felt so confident, assured and satisfied about a service performed on my car, and needless to say - I will ONLY be taking my ELR to Pepe Cadillac Service for all of my service and maintenance needs. I give Pepe Cadillac Service and the Pepe Cadillac Service Team 5 STARS All The Way! - My utmost Highest Recommendation!

The CTS-V is the best combination of performance, luxury and styling for the money. Period. Very few cars boast a 200 mpg top speed and this one does it with 4 doors and a sunroof. It took a little while to learn how to tame this much power, but it is a lot of fun surprising other high performance legends out on the road. Hands down I would buy this car again...and again.
