Used 2023 Cadillac Escalade SUVs for sale near Clarendon Hills, IL

I am writting a review fir Services on my vehicle on 11/19/2024 and 11/14/2024.There was an error in the evaluation and I am giving them a 5 star for a job well done.

i purchased my Cadillac Escalade from Pepe Motors this year. The price and trade in value was better than any other company. Besides this point, they had the vehicle for me that I wanted. This vehicle not only performs better than any other SUV that I have own, it has all the updated features, technology and style than every other SUV in the market. While I have been a Mercedes owner for the past forty-five years, Cadillac simply has a better SUV that was give me pleasure for many years.

Miguel, Nate, Geno, and James were great to work with without any pressure. Very easy process and we got the car we wanted. Excellent experience.

I drove away from Motor Werks Cadillac last week in my new Lyriq. Aside from being thrilled and blown away by this car (my first Cadillac) my sales associate Kevin Bennett was a total rock star. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about the car and its features, he worked hard on my behalf to get me a great price, taking advantage of incentives I would never have know about. Kevin was honest and earned my trust right away by letting me take a test drive car home over a weekend. We drove 3 and a half hours to go to this dealership. We could not have asked for anything more, these people are top-notch people. This place was clean, people were friendly and helpful. The service shop diagnosed and repaired my vehicle quickly within the week. Very satisfied with my service. I would recommend this professional shop. A good repair facility is rare.

Unfortunately, the car I was interested in had already been sold. However, the sales team remained courteous and did not pressure me into considering other vehicles. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and treated us with the utmost respect. Chris never tried to overcharge us. Bert Dutcher was awesome as well!! Bert was upfront about everything and never once did he try to convince us to use their financing. Bert was professional, kind, personal and patient. Needed key fobs replaced. They were ordered and came in within the next couple days. Scheduled the service appointment and all was completed within two days. Have received great service upon all my visits.

Dave and the rest of the staff were amazing. When I first came in, my intention was solely to look at a bunch of different dealers and see what I liked. Even with just looking, Dave gave me the same attention as if I were buying that day without being too pushy to buy. He asked me what I liked and showed me a few options, took me for a test drive and informed me of the pricing. After looking around at other dealers, the car from Arnie Bauer was the best option and fit for me. However, it wasn?t just the car, was Dave?s amazing customer service. Other dealers once they heard I was only looking, weren?t interested in really helping with the same enthusiasm as if I were set to buy. Dave made the loookinf and purchasing process smooth, helped ensure great pricing and just overall made my first new car buying experience amazing and one I won?t forget. 100/10 experience
