In the early 2000’s “we” bought our first Kia’s and our experience with service at other dealerships was less than satisfying , Then for routine maintenance we went to Serra Kia And the contrast was striking ! Since then my wife and I have purchased 5 Kia’s and as of this writing, Serra has NOT disappointed us ONCE !
