Great service for my leased vehicle. Have received quality service over past 6 years.

Mr. Epino, I am compelled to write this review in explaining my experience with the service department, and most notably Ms. Ashley Williams, on July 26, 2022. The issue was the inability to raise the roof on my 2006 Cadillac XLR. Ms. Williams, because of her tenacity and willingness to go a step further resolved this issue with little or no trouble. The problem arose when I had to have my battery charged and placed back in my car. The windshield apparently has to be recalibrated to allow electrical systems to operate. My top is now functional and Findlay did not charge me for their work. Instead of leaving my car overnight and receiving an invoice in the thousands I got my car back that morning without a single penny being charged. Talk about a fantastic experience! Findlay will continue to service my Cadillacs going forward and my service rep of choice will be Ashley Williams.

At final new vehicle demonstration the service stabilitrak -service traction control warning light came on. The vehicle was transferred to service and Britten B took over in his usual competent manner. A thorough investigation revealed the cause and a new electronic brake control module was ordered and installed. Our salesman Derek delivered our new car that evening as a compliment to their excellent sales support.

Samantha was extremely helpful throughout the entire process of getting my car serviced. She explained everything clearly, kept me updated, and made sure I understood what was happening at each step. Her professionalism and friendly attitude made the experience smooth and stress free. I really appreciated how transparent she was and how easy she made the process for me.

Sam and everyone was wonderful n thank you.. she was very helpful with everything my car needed n most great customer support and service.. will for sure bring my Cadillac back!!

Service Agent Britten is very helpful and courteous. He details the service needed of our car very well. Also the waiting lounge is commendable, neat and orderly. This will always be our go to for our car service.
