I went in for service on a issue that my service rep Barbara was determined to fix replace and make this car perfect. The entire service department makes you feel like friends. They just make taking your car in for service a joy. Not only did they fix the issue which turned out to be minimum, but the carwash machine was out of order I believe they were doing some maintenance and upkeep on the system. But my rep with the car wash team went the extra mile and hand washed and dried my car for me. It really makes you feel special and that you are a friend and not just some one with a problem. On this visit I purchased tires and had them mounted. Even though my car is not a Cadillac, I was treated like a valued customer. Prices were competitive and I was able to enjoy a comfortable waiting are where I could work on my computer while my car was being services. So much better than a noisy tire store!
