Absolutely love this SUV. beautiful in every way. after 88k miles there are only 2 negative things i can possibly say 1) the auto-braking feature while backing up will give you whiplash if somebody walks the vehicle but its a good thing just very violent. 2) she is the biggest thing on the road that you dont need a special license for which makes my wife terrified to drive it. she has definitely become a passenger princess in it which i kinda dont mind because i get to enjoy the joy of driving it all to myself.

Five Stars ? Best Customer Service I?ve Ever Experienced! I was honestly hesitant to buy a Ford at first because I had heard some negative things about their customer service. However, after owning vehicles from Lexus, Acura, and Chevy, I can confidently say that Ford Autonation Valencia has given me the best customer service I?ve ever experienced. They always get my car in quickly and provide a loaner vehicle while mine is being serviced, which is a huge help. The communication is excellent?they keep me updated every step of the way?and every staff member I?ve interacted with has been friendly, professional, and helpful. This time, I worked with Greg, who was fantastic, but truly everyone at this dealership goes above and beyond. I just perched this SUV and I like it alot it's a very nice machine I'm glad I bought it. This thing got some go to it she handles great. I made her do fish tails on take off it was a test since I'm a test driver and she passed the test.

From beginning to end it was the best experience I have ever had. I was helped by sales person Nima Behnia. He was very well informed about the vehicles I was test driving and answered all my questions, and boy did I hit him with a hundred questions. This was the quickest vehicle purchase ever. I think I was in and out within 3 hours. Finance dept was also great. took care of my contract quick and everything was straight forward. I didn't feel like there was any hidden anything. My new car was detailed, filled up with gas and off I went. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends. Go GET a LEXUS!

The 2023 Cadillac escalade is absolutely beautiful, it has more features than anyone needs, (which makes it fun) Nice technology. Beautiful interior finish, beautiful exterior. The only downfall was on delivery we had a cut in some leather that GM stated was not a factory cut and they would not cover it, as well as a scratch in the window that they did cover. I find it frustrating that they so easily can deny any damage to the interior even on the day of delivery! The part is $1500.00 for a small piece of leather armrest, thank goodness Hansen motors in Brigham City were amazing and stated they would take care of it. We love the car, I just wish the Big GM would be a little bit more proud of their delivery and do a little better on the Pre-delivery and have ownership when something maybe wrong.

We met a very helpful internet sales rep named Maria, whose communication skills set her apart from the other Lexus dealerships. She was lovely and knowledgeable in person. We were paying cash and agreed on a price quickly-our only concern was how many hours it took to finalize the deal with so many attempts to sell us on maintanence packages.

Very excited to share that we bagged a fabulous deal with the dealership and after looking and talking to many other car dealerships and test driving vehicles we finally ended up taking the Acura Zdx without even a test drive because of the kind of service that these guys provided. Would like to personally thank Leo, Jennifer and the finance team for staying late and closing the deal and it was such a smooth process with no hidden surprises. If I had to recommend an Acura dealership it would be these guys hands down.
