I gave a 4 star review to the facilities because the showroom was unimpressive. This was primarily due to the renovation of that was underway. Otherwise, the experience was quite positive. Our sales associate, Raymond, was knowledgeable, efficient, and a pleasure to work with.

Engine warning light. Was a drive train warranty issue. In at 7:30, sat in customer lounge having coffee, out at 8: and donuts, out at 8:30. They replaced faulty part did their vehicle check, made no attempt to sell my since it needed nothing.

Took longer then I expected. They did a oil,filter change and tire rotation. Got there at 7:25 (first one there), had an appointment. Got the car back at 8:45. This may be normal for them, not sure. First visit with new car. I bought the last 3 cars from Phillips Buick,GMC. They have a lightning lube section. I could have the same procedure done there and get the car back in 30 minutes. Other then the time, there service was great.

They work with us and made every single possible effort to make our experience smooth and feasible. They are really customer focused listening to you to see how they can help for , off course, selling you a car but for you to be able to buy the car you want. Carroll Cadillac North Orlando is a new dealership in Sanford. Their facility is under construction phase, however, they have an incredible team.
