We were very pleased by the professionalism and kindness of Pedro Lopez. He was not the typical sleezy car sales person you imagine to encounter. He was fair (i guess as fair as it could be considering it is a car purchase) very knowledgeable and patient. And the car dealership is very conveniently located! Bring a sweater it gets cold in there!

My Service Manager Danielle is amazing. She always greets me with a smile and reviews expectations for my visit. Her professionalism is above standard and yet she feels like family. She is the reason I will continue to have my car serviced with Ed Morse. The transport coordination to my home is always much appreciated for visits expected longer than a 2-3 hour wait.

He took the time to explain every feature to me and didn't hesitate to make sure that I understood. We purchased a previously owned Escalade and it is near impossible to tell that this car was ever driven. The care and attention provided by Jonathon and the staff at Ocean Cadillac was incredible. I don't write reviews, but I feel I had to for this one. Was a bit nervous and not sure how it was going to go, but Enrique and Andrew made it all seem like I was worrying for nothing lol.
