They made me feel at ease during the entire negotiating process and gave me what I believe to be a reasonable price on my 2014 Corvette Stingray. When in for a recall on our son’s car. My wife and I went in to talk to Seth England while we were waiting for the car. We told him about our experiences at Liberty Buick. We showed him the pictures of the cars dash with all the lights on. And how there taking advantage of our son that has mental illness. And we ask him would you do that to one of your customers and you said no sir. So what gives Justin and Autumn Henderson to treat Cadillac owners like the way they did. If Autumn can’t control her employees any better then that she shouldn’t own a dealership. On our phone conversation I give you a 1 star. You told me that if corporate Cadillac told you to take a car back that you don’t have to lesson to them. That’s why I don’t know if I buy a car here. Corporate told Liberty Buick to take the car back also so what good is Cadillac corporate if no one is going to lease to them.

We bought a new 2020 GMC Terrain from Bill Beaudry. He made the process incredibly easy, even with us living in Tucson. He did not pressure us to come in for a trade-in appraisal before giving us his best number. He promised to make us the best deal - and he definitely kept that promise (his numbers were several hundred less than any other dealership and THOUSANDS less than Tucson GM dealerships). We were in and out of the dealership in less than two hours total. Bill is extremely patient and answered all my crazy questions/concerns. He was even able to find a Terrain in a different color after I realized my fiancée NEEDED a white one. The finance representative was low-pressure and did not coerce us into any additional extended warranties, etc.

Coulter dealerships have been very good to me with the vehicles I have bought from them in the past. Coulter Cadillac was the best experience yet. I got a great deal and I know it! The deal was mostly done on line and did not change the day the xt6 was picked up. This is not the usual dealership experience. No wonder Coulter has been around for 100 years. I scheduled a service appointment on line and when I came in they didn’t show it on their system. However, Jim Buckner was most accommodating and got me in and took care of my issue. Had to wait awhile but was well worth it. Thank you Jim.
