My name is Judy W and I live in Chicago. I saw a 2019 Cadillac CTS Luxury AWD in red with 13,000 miles and Certified. I called and Claire, my Sales Consultant, went above and beyond to tell me the near mint condition of the car. They did not charge me with any additional nonsense fees and came in to the store and traded out of my 2017 CTS. Napleton Cadillac Oak Lawn was a great experience and will send my friends and family there.

Frank Amadeo was incredibly patient and guided me every step of the way. I appreciated his honesty as well as his answering my every question. We drove 3 and a half hours to go to this dealership. We could not have asked for anything more, these people are top-notch people. This place was clean, people were friendly and helpful. What a change 6 months make. They have new Managers their that actually care about the customer. I ended up buying a new Escalade and servicing my other Cadillac their! Isaac and Dave are awesome.

They found me a 2024 Cadillac XT4 and I love it.
