Coming into the experience, I expected there to be attempts to manipulate or to be taken advantage of. Unfortunately my pervious experiences have driven that mentality. This experience was a revelation. Every member of the sales team was professional yet approachable. They found the right vehicle and made every step easy and understandable. As usual, he took very good care of me, which was helping me to pick out the vehicle I wanted and what features I wanted inside and out.
