Renee, my salesman, took the time to really listen to what I was looking for. He first showed me the Evoque, then the Velar, but neither felt quite right. Then he looked at me and said, ?I know exactly what you need.? Before he even brought the car around, I could already tell he understood me. And when I finally saw it, I knew instantly?it was the one. I didn?t even need a test drive. The entire process was quick, seamless, and stress-free. By the time I blinked twice, I was a new car owner. To top it all off, Renee even took it personally to have the car sent in for a spa treatment and delivered it straight to my house. Huge thanks to Renee and the Land Rover team for making what could have been a hectic day such an enjoyable experience!

Overall, very satisfied with our Lyriq. Beautifully designed and mostly trouble free for literally a brand new vehicle with brand new technology. Solid and comfortable. One complaint is that super cruise works sporadically. One day on a certain stretch of highway, It works fine, the next day,not so much. What’s up with that? Would also love to see more than a measly six month trial on OnStar. Unless you pay for an OnStar subscription, you can’t track your vehicle through the app or even start it from the app. Come on Cadillac you’re not Chevrolet, you can do better, especially for this important vehicle.
