John was so attentive and patient with our request. He took the time out to make sure that I wanted the car that wanted that was within my budget. He took the time to explain every feature to me and didn't hesitate to make sure that I understood. The sales manager, Luis, also came by to introduce himself and wanted to make sure that if we had anything that needed assistance we can also ask him.

The attention to every detail, the willingness to please his customer and the preparation of the car for delivery were above and beyond our high expectations. We purchased a previously owned Escalade and it is near impossible to tell that this car was ever driven. The care and attention provided by Jonathon and the staff at Ocean Cadillac was incredible. Even though we live quite a distance away, I would not hesitate to make the trip to do business with Ocean Cadillac in the future.
