New and used 2025 Cadillac OPTIQ for sale near Lighthouse Point, FL

Did all my negotiations with the Internet Sales Team, of course it's a back and forth, there main concern is to get you into the dealwership. We aggred on an out the door price and met with Sales Associates Justin Smith to appraise the trade in and do the paperwork. It all went pretty smoothly, got there at 10:45Am and was out by 1PM (I did not finance). No hidden surprises, and that's what I greatly appreciate.

The attention to every detail, the willingness to please his customer and the preparation of the car for delivery were above and beyond our high expectations. ARRIVE TO OCEAN CADILLAC . The service was good , they did there job fast. to the comparison to different Cadillac dealers was much better then in those other places. they are very accurate. who attended us was George, great customer service.

Routine service is taking too long. I had a appointment. I had a sit/wait but took 2+ hours for an oil change , tire rotation and wash. I don't think it's a good strategy to offer to skip a part of the service (Wash) to get out earlier.

The sales man was very knowledgeable about the cars I was looking at, and he got me exactly what I was looking for. The man in finance made the process go very quickly as well. What a great team.

I went in for service on a issue that my service rep Barbara was determined to fix replace and make this car perfect. The entire service department makes you feel like friends. They just make taking your car in for service a joy. Not only did they fix the issue which turned out to be minimum, but the carwash machine was out of order I believe they were doing some maintenance and upkeep on the system. But my rep with the car wash team went the extra mile and hand washed and dried my car for me. It really makes you feel special and that you are a friend and not just some one with a problem.
