Responded quickly and was willing to work with me on the selection of a vehicle. Due to the distance from the dealership I did not find a suitable vehicle for which I was willing to make the trip.

This is my 2nd SRX Performance, unfortunately my first, a 2014, was totaled on a back road here in Southern Lancaster County PA. That car rolled and flipped during the crash that I WALKED AWAY FROM!! Thanks go to all the airbags in the Cadilac!! That wreck convinced my to buy the 2015 I presently own. I currently have over 204,000 miles on my car that I have driven all over the country as a traveling electrician and the dependability of this vehicle has been unmatched from any other vehicle I have owned. That being said, the only thing that has let me down is the CUE screen. Seems as if the screen internally separating was a known issue that GM/Cadillac left us hanging on. It's a very expensive repair from Cadillac but can be fixed if you have the time and mechanical ability fairly inexpensively. I'm sure I have the capability to purchase a new aftermarket screen and repair it, just don't have the time nor the desire at this point to go through all the hassle. Again, Cadillac should have already fixed this problem but unfortunately they ignored it. I'm actually looking for another low mileage SRX to have on standby for when or if my current car fails me.

I bought my 2016 SRX With 52,000 miles. I traded a C250 Mercedes and I have not been sorry..I love the ride and it's look and haven't had any problems...

great customer service but he did not have any maintenance records for the vehicle. That was the deal breaker for me.

Purchased this car because of our experience with out 2012 SRX. As much as we like the 2012 the 2016 exceeds it in every criteria. Especially appreciate the the advances with the safety equipment. Love the cross traffic warning in the backup camera. Blind spot warning in the outside rearview mirrors are especially helpful. Learned driving thru Atlanta in heavy traffic just after a rainstorm that I never want t be without rainsense windshield wipers. Very convenient and a huge safety factor.

My car has been great until the info screen went out and the headlight problem on low beams. I can’t drive it at night. To fix these 2 items were going to cost over $4,000!!! Headlights should be a recall but is not. Involved in court I understand.

5-year-old car seems like it just came from Detroit. Great quality, style and comfort. Six cylinder engine is like a rocket...handles like a BMW but half the price. Highly recommend this car.

I really enjoy driving this vehicle it is a daily driver I had to modify the exhaust because a weld broke after someone else cut the resonators off thinking it was the cats I bet they felt great at the scrap yard but any way it just rolled over to 200k a few days ago it still performs great I put drilled and slotted rotors then put new cats and AutoZone bought pipe for duels it sounds obnoxious and angry I think the srx was held back and could have produced an excellent sport vehicle as for the brakes since the new rotors I havent had any issues still OEM calipers I was behind a vehicle that was on a cars but and it stopped suddenly the only thing I could do was stand on the breaks then I let off gassed hard as I swerved around the 2012 srx was still solid and reliable and I squeezed a camel through an eye hole it gave me a real rush of adrenaline and made me realize this car is just a wee bit more than I thought

I purchased a Mercedes S550 2008. This is the best old used vehicle I've ever purchased. It's been 2 weeks now .I took it to Firestone to run full inspection. It passed with flying colors. I bought a 2012 SRX Luxury and have owned it for 3 years. When I bought it I had roughly over 80 thousand miles on it and today I have roughly 117,000 miles. The ride itself is smooth and the range when I'm taking long highway trips seems to be a little over 400 miles before needing more fuel. Some of the issues I have had to fix include replacing both front wheel bearings, replacing the mass air flow sensor that was triggering the check engine light, adding freon to the Air conditioning system, and more recently I had a check engine code triggered by the cam shaft extending to far which reset itself after performing an oil change and making sure there was adequate amount of oil which was the first trouble shooting step when hooking up the OBD reader. Having never been one to work on my own car I took it upon myself to learn how to fix these problems myself by watching Youtube videos. In the three years I've owned the car I have not yet had to take it into a mechanic and I perform my own oil changes roughly every 3 to 5 thousand miles. Its a great comfortable family car that has been reliable the issues I've had would seem to be consistent with any car that over 10 years old.

Good experience doing the trade. Also service after the sake. Returning to give them the title for my trade in and the engine icon came on with less than 100 miles after the purchase. When I told them Oliver didn't hesitate and told me to go to service. Just a small hiccup that didn't come up when the car was being checked over for the sell lot. Part is coming maybe in a couple days and we should be good to go. Can't say thank you enough. From the great sales lady Carniche to the service area we feel like we made a good deal.

I have owned this car for 3 years and have loved it. Just changed tires, and full tune up. Only problem CD player. Car has over 192000 miles. Just love it. If not in accident, Would still have it. Recomend to any one who takes care of thier car.

What a good experience! Car buying as it should be. I started out this venture by looking at cars online. I filled out the info section and within a few minutes Gable called me. We talked about a few vehicles and I got an idea of what I wanted. The next day my wife and I went to Frontier Motors and met Jake. I was interested in one of 3 Jeeps. After driving all 3 I had my choice. Soon we did all the paperwork and I drove away in my Jeep. They were all good friendly people and made a car buying experience a good time. It's getting some age to it but we've had no maintenance issues at all at 110,000+ miles. Still original shocks and plugs. Not the first rattle. Very peppy for such a small engine. Gas mileage is certainly acceptable.
