Used Cadillac SRX for sale near Pensacola, FL

I had a good experience. I know car buying can be extremely stressful especially if you need financing, you could be at a dealership all day. I didn't need financing, they had what I wanted, I had the car fax report, took it for a ride with Bentley who was very nice and knowledgeable about the vehicle then spoke with Jordan. The price was good, so I left him a deposit. Came back Tuesday evening after six to finalize the paperwork and left by eight and i wasn't the only one buying a car that night. I read some bad reviews; I can only seek for myself. I've had this vehicle for three weeks now and I'm happy. Good experience. Why not five stars, there is always room for improvement. What's a five-star experience like anyway?

This is my 2nd SRX Performance, unfortunately my first, a 2014, was totaled on a back road here in Southern Lancaster County PA. That car rolled and flipped during the crash that I WALKED AWAY FROM!! Thanks go to all the airbags in the Cadilac!! That wreck convinced my to buy the 2015 I presently own. I currently have over 204,000 miles on my car that I have driven all over the country as a traveling electrician and the dependability of this vehicle has been unmatched from any other vehicle I have owned. That being said, the only thing that has let me down is the CUE screen. Seems as if the screen internally separating was a known issue that GM/Cadillac left us hanging on. It's a very expensive repair from Cadillac but can be fixed if you have the time and mechanical ability fairly inexpensively. I'm sure I have the capability to purchase a new aftermarket screen and repair it, just don't have the time nor the desire at this point to go through all the hassle. Again, Cadillac should have already fixed this problem but unfortunately they ignored it. I'm actually looking for another low mileage SRX to have on standby for when or if my current car fails me.

I have been purchasing trucks from this dealership since 2007. Always a class act, to bad we couldn’t close the deal on the Denali Ultimate.

My car has been great until the info screen went out and the headlight problem on low beams. I can’t drive it at night. To fix these 2 items were going to cost over $4,000!!! Headlights should be a recall but is not. Involved in court I understand.

Just had my first oil change and tire rotation from Sandy Sansing Chevrolet's Service Department. Service is always first class and my Service Advisor, Sara J., has again made sure my truck is taken care of and the few issues and concerns I asked about were addressed and resolve quickly. I love this RST and wouldn't trust anyone else to help me maintain my Chevrolet. Thanks Sandy Sansing Service Department and thank you Sara!

I really enjoy driving this vehicle it is a daily driver I had to modify the exhaust because a weld broke after someone else cut the resonators off thinking it was the cats I bet they felt great at the scrap yard but any way it just rolled over to 200k a few days ago it still performs great I put drilled and slotted rotors then put new cats and AutoZone bought pipe for duels it sounds obnoxious and angry I think the srx was held back and could have produced an excellent sport vehicle as for the brakes since the new rotors I havent had any issues still OEM calipers I was behind a vehicle that was on a cars but and it stopped suddenly the only thing I could do was stand on the breaks then I let off gassed hard as I swerved around the 2012 srx was still solid and reliable and I squeezed a camel through an eye hole it gave me a real rush of adrenaline and made me realize this car is just a wee bit more than I thought

Frontier motors was a truly great experience! We traveled from out of state and everything was transparent and easy, start to finish! The GM Todd was super personable and friendly. They have a huge selection of just about everything from low end to high. I will be making the trip here again when its time for a new ride.

A beautiful SUV to have. Everyone needs a Cadi! No issues with it and I would like to get another one anytime. Highly recommend it!
