After going to into a few other Cadillac dealerships I finally went to Sarant Cadillac. I felt welcomed immediately. I sat with Jim Rap and I knew I didn't need to go anywhere else. It was a no hassle negotiation that hadn't happened anywhere else. They were able to get the vechicle in a timely fashion. Just an overall good experience. When informed for pickup after installation, when I arrived , all paper work was complete, all I had to do was sign. This was a warranty repair on my 2019 Cadillac XT5 thermostat replacement. Would highly recommend this dealership.
