A pleasure to drive. Virtually no turbo-lag, responsive, comfortable and stylish to boot. My Premium Luxury has all the optional packages including massaging seats (great for my wife, who suffers from chronic back issues). Drove many competitors, but none could measure up overall to this SUV.

The Service Department at Glenview Luxury Imports never fails to provide phenomenal Service. Jon, Ketan, and Gary are always helpful in answering questions and coordinating service appointments at the earliest time available.

During COVID no-one is driving too far however this XT4 is just what I needed to get me around economically and have some fun doing it. I can pack all my golf gear and anything else I need.

The salesman Dylan was very knowledgeable, upfront, and honest. He made me and my family feel at ease and made the process effortles. He got us into a great vehicle and we appreciate that. My wife and I enjoy our XT4 and we have drive it over 19,000 miles in 11 months. People complaining about issues apparently didn’t test drive one before they purchased other wise they shouldn’t be complaining. Performance 8 Comfort. 8 Quality. 7 Exterior finish 9 Interior 8 Ride. 7 Quietness. 8 Nimbleness. 8 Handling. 7 Rear seat room 6 Over all for the value it’s a very nice car. The sunroof had a rattle - dealer repaired a loose clip - fixed - - dealership replaced its battery it seemed weak - replaced with a more powerful one. We have at times spent 7-8 hours highway driving found it very comfortable and quiet. Headlights light of the road ahead very good. In all a very good car. Sounds like some owners should have driven one more before purchasing one or maybe purchased a larger model. We have owned many much more expensive vehicles and this one is in the top ones we have owned. We are in our 70’s so its smaller size is great for getting around. We haven’t had any issues like their complaining about. We will purchase another one possibly a 2025 model.

This is a very clean, aesthetically pleasing dealership. The display of the vehicles was very inviting. The staff was genuinely nice, not pushy, and very knowlegable. I bought car and it was very efficient and comfortable. One of the best experiences I have had in purchasing a vehicle.

We discussed with friends a solid American vehicle to serve as a daily driver and saw good bones with the distinctive exterior/interior design and technologically advanced XT4 Sport (20” wheels). The 2.0-liter turbocharged engine handles everyday driving and quick passing maneuvers without issue. The 9-speed automatic transmission is generally smooth but does seek the perfect gear, particularly in low-speed traffic. For many, the OEM setup may be just fine, however, we opted to “refine” a few of the Luxury & Sport options that the original owner passed on (we're the 2nd owners) and now enjoy climbing into the cockpit of this daily transporter! I love my XT4 I owned a XT5 before and loved that as well. The only thing is I wished they would make adaptive cruise a standard feature on all especially since it has everything else. I know the car companies do that to bump the price however I believe it should be on all, for safety.

I traded my 2004 cts in for the 2020 xt4. My local ORR dealer didn't have a red one, so I had to drive to Frico, TX to pick it up. Love the red color. Have to get use to all the bells and whistles. The heated stirring wheal was something I didn't expect. It's a very smart car, but has an owner who has to read the manual to learn what all that the xt4 has to offer. Having back issues, love the lumbar heated seats. Was very surprised when the bright lights came on automatically when I am driving thru a darker area. Got to get horn check because it sounds horrible like a truck instead of a smooth honk. Going from regular unleaded to premium unleaded was a money changer. Very roomy inside. Love that all doors can be unlocked automatically if you have the key close by. The cargo area is very spacious. I guess this car will take me until I die!!!!!

I live in Barrington and there?s a Cadillac dealer downtown. My service and experience at Motorwerks in Barrington has been disappointing so I Travel to Napleton Cadillac in Libertyville. The drive is worth the service

Really like the car! BUT, BAD GAS MILEAGE! 14 CITY, 26 HWY.. ESTIMATE MILAGE 23 CITY, 30 HWY... NOT EVEN CLOSE.. 235 HP, TURBO! IS ANYBODY HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM?

The Cadillac XT4 Is a good SUV,it just falls a little short in some categories that could make it great.A little better performance.better quaity interior pieces and some reliably issues.

Saw a 2017 Camaro on their website in the morning and deal was finished in 45 minutes from when I arrived. I have been looking for this car, this color, with the options it had for 6 months. Very fair on price of their car and on my trade. Worked with Chris, who not only knew the car very well, but shared some snacks with me when I said I had missed lunch to come and get the car. He spent a large amount of time going over the whole car and made sure the car was completely detailed when I arrived. I would definitely recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

Greeted with several disappointments coming from an Audi. Regardless, my next vehicle will be another Cadillac or Lincoln. I my opinion the XT4 is the best looking compact suv.

Only have the XT 4 for a month. Really enjoy it. Gas mileage could be better but everything else is what I anticipated. Priced just slightly more than "lower priced SUVs."

I had very good experience. Adam was very professional and easy/nice interact with. I bought car twice here, and each time had great experience, they have good selection to choose from. No pressure no hassle. We would reach out to Adam again for next car.

I love my Cadillac now. Don't know how much I'll love it when I have to pay out of pocket for a repair. I really love the Weatherization Package, Sun Roof, Moon roof, and All-Wheel Drive. The only complaint I have is my driver seat is very uncomfortable. The cushion is down to the rails on the seat and I have to add some kind of padding.

I only visit this dealership because Carlos is working in the service center. He is always great. He takes care of my vehicle quickly and I can always trust that my vehicle is fixed right.

This car is fun to own but it is very light & I feel it in its handling. I like it’s styling, interior & exterior & stereo.

I was very pleased with my experience. I started at CarMax to "try on" several cars from several manufacturers. The salesman (Jack) was happy to oblige, despite it being cold and rainy. We walked the lot and I sat in ~20 cars. I went home and researched them some more, scheduled a few to test drive and came back on Jack's day off. This time, I worked with Brandon for a few test drives and discussed other vehicles at nearby CarMax locations. They found a vehicle that fit my requirements and transported it in for me to test drive. A few days later, I was back for the final test drive, loved the car and purchased it. Jack and Brandon kept good communication, weren't pushy and were a pleasure to work with. The business office was quick and explained the paperwork and processes effectively. I had a great experience working with Toni the salesman, he answered all of my questions. i bought a BMW x5 the other day, for a great price. there was a small ding that i notices afterwords (a very minor ding). He gave me bindis number (the service advisor) and they took care of it. Awesome dealership and I will be recommending to friends and family.

Bought a 2020 xt4 premium luxury 350T and so far I am liking the way the car handles. I love the remote auto start and remote trunk release! I also love that I can start the car, open and lock the car from my Cadillac phone app! Would definitely recommend this sporty and luxury suv!

A few issues… car is loud on bumpy road. Would expect more from Cadillac. Options for dash customization are lacking. No time or temp in front of you. Seat belts should snug like Mercedes. Seats are comfortable and power is there. I know I’m being picky but you should expect no road noise.

Having owned 1 srx and 2 xt5. Now an xt4, I think it is the most appealing. My loaded sport has all the luxury and safety features. I drive it in sport for kicks, and 2wd for economy. If you don't need cargo space but like the xt5, go for it! Enjoy!

Just purchased my 2023 XT4 and I love everything about it! I purchased from Cadilac of Mahwah in New Jersey and I could not have had a better experience! They were wonderful!!! Super easy to work with, no issues at signing like I have experienced at other dealers. The whole process was super easy! Hate car shopping but this overall experience at Mahwah Cadilac was incredible! The car itself is so deceiving it looks small but the interior has so much room the options are amazing! My 6 foot three son even commented how he is no longer feeling squished like he was in my previous SUV. Highly recommend the XT4 and Cadillac Mahwah and trust me I am not easy to please!!! My sales representative was Paul the manager and paperwork was with Cirillo and they both went out of their way to be so helpful and attentive!
