I have purchased several vehicles from Paul Masse in the past so I already knew what service level to expect. I was not surprised when they exceeded my expectations this time. Our sales person, Josh, had done his homework prior to my arrival. There were a few trucks waiting for me when I arrived. Josh did a great job of explaining the differences between the two and I quickly decided on the one I wanted. I received a great offer on my old truck and we sealed the deal that day! I came to pick up my new Silverado a few days later and all of electronics were preset just the way I wanted. I really appreciate his knowledge of the vehicle. I left feeling 100% satisfied. Everything was good They took my car in at the time of my appointment . . It was to take a couple hours and they had someone take me to a store so I could do a little shopping while they worked on my car .

Mike was great to work with unfortunately we didn’t purchase the vehicle because we couldn’t come up with a price everyone would feel comfortable with. I would recommend this dealership. The staff is very friendly and willing to try to get you a deal on your purchase.

I had received quotes on various cars when looking for a car. Collin was very respectful & friendly the first time I was looking at purchasing a vehicle. I had contacted him recently after returning another brand vehicle due to misrepresentation by another dealer. Collin followed up with me about what I was looking for in another vehicle. I was able to get a fair & equitable deal. He even brought the desired vehicle to make sure it would fit into the garage with my other vehicle. I was very satisfied with the overall purchase. It was Collin's honest treatment in making the purchase. He even helped with installing personal settings on the vehicle, even after the purchase. I am enjoying the new purchase, too!

We were very impressed with the sales dept when we bought our new car. Especially Ashtyn, she was patient with us driving several different ones. Our sales agent was great, knowledgeable and great with follow thru. We had to wait a very long time to finish paperwork- which is my only complaint.

Uncomfortable to have all the men working during my purchasing stare and make uncomfortable comments was horrible. The sales person I worked with was fine and tried his best to make the experience positive.

I usually go to Auto Nation in West Palm ,but the service here by Casey and staff has made me switch to Wallace Cadillac . The service process was short , and simple. I will be getting my cadillac serviced here from now on.

My salesman was Michael Meis at John Elway Cadillac, they treated me well. I purchased a used Tesla, they were the ONLY dealer that knew how to apply the IRS rebate up front. No hidden fees or scammy stuff. Michael Meis was great in sales as was Jonathan (manager) and the rest of the team, wonderful dealership experience which is rare these days.

We upgraded my SUV and traded in at this dealer. The first person I spoke with, Shelby, was super nice. The next person we worked with, Caden, ended up being our sales person. He went through a virtual appointment with us since we were over an hour away. The next day, we drove out to the dealership and traded in my current SUV to a newer one. Caden was also super nice and apologized several times because another client showed up early, overlapping our appointment. We appreciated having a sales person that was down to earth and welcoming.

We have purchased our second car here at Smith Chevrolet. Sales person Gabriel Perez has been friendly and easy going in both of our purchases. Gabriel has GREAT customer service, made it easy to purchase. We had an appointment for a routine oil change and decided to buy another SUV. Gabriel is a great team partner to make your buying transition easy going. Gabriel has experience to get the job done. Another key reason we purchased another vehicle through Smith Chevrolet is the outstanding service department GOOD JOB!!

Our salesman Preston was extremely helpful and made the process of buying a new Chevy Trax very easy! He was also a pleasure to speak with as we had a lot in common. We had an equally pleasurable experience with the closer Dara (I hope I’m spelling his name correctly). The only criticism I have of this dealership is that they put a Harry Brown sticker on the back of the vehicle and it was EXTREMELY difficult to get off! It was actually 11 separate stickers. One for each letter. They shouldn’t be doing THAT at all! Putting that aside, I highly recommend this dealership!

I have purchased a number of vehicles from this location under different ownership. The one good constant has been the service department and the service tech Dave Singh. Ask for Dave he will not let you down.
