They treat you like family there, as soon as Gina met me for the first time after talking to me on the phone she ran up and gave me the best welcoming hug! Huge shout out to Mike Pecha for going above and beyond in every step of buying and taking ownership of my new Escalade, from staying late because of flight delays, to calling a nearby hotel and getting the best rate possible on a room. I literally have nothing negative to say, it was 2200 miles away to purchase a vehicle from them and I would definitely not blink an eye at doing it again because of the team there.
