My salesperson has been terrific and very patient. I was somewhat dismayed to not have been told that the car had 3,200 miles on it. It did not come up until I met with the finance person. She rather brushed it off saying that it had only been driven by the sales manager's wife....like that doesn't count? After I questioned her on this, she got the authority from the sales manager to take off $6 a month off my monthly payment. The car had not been titled so I guess the quote I had from Eloy was for a car that had 5 miles on it???? This was very disturbing to me. I did meet with the general manager later on who explained it to me. This should have been pointed out when I was looking and interested in this car. My overall experience was very good, I have 5 friends who drive Cadillacs from Massey and they have been pleased so that was very helpful in my decision to switch to a Cadillac.

We bought a LYRIQ this weekend. Our salesman was Martin He was awesome in his knowledge of the EV we purchased. It was delivered by Martin Saturday evening. Sunday morning we couldn’t get it to start(our stupidity) not knowing it starts when you don’t even it’s started. Martin was kind enough to come over Sunday morning to help us. We were so appreciative. Also “Coach “ gave us excellent info on how the car operates and help w getting a charger put in our garage. In the end we were extremely satisfied. So 5 out of 5 stars !!! These guys were great. I made a deal over the phone then drove 1100 miles to get new (to me) truck. the deal was exactly as we had discussed on the phone.
