New and used 2025 Cadillac XT5 Premium Luxury for sale near Orlovista, FL

Took longer then I expected. They did a oil,filter change and tire rotation. Got there at 7:25 (first one there), had an appointment. Got the car back at 8:45. This may be normal for them, not sure. First visit with new car. I bought the last 3 cars from Phillips Buick,GMC. They have a lightning lube section. I could have the same procedure done there and get the car back in 30 minutes. Other then the time, there service was great.

I had a wonderful experience with Jacob Hopper, who sold me my 2020 XT6. Jacob helped me make the decision about which Cadillac would be best for me. He knew everything about Cadillacs, and shared his knowledge with me when I had a question. Jacob was not pushy whatsoever; he simply is a nice guy who sells Cadillacs. I will buy from Jacob and Massey for my next Cadillac.

I go their with confidence and trust them implicitly. Matt Pelphrey our service rep is awesome and always gives us great service! We made an appointment to go in and look for a new vehicle as we had unexpectedly needed to replace one of our vehicles. They greeted us at the door, were familiar with our needs/taste and had us test driving in no time. Salesman was knowledgeable about each car, but not pushy. They helped us feel at ease through whole process.

Carroll Cadillac North Orlando is a new dealership in Sanford. Their facility is under construction phase, however, they have an incredible team.
