New and used 2025 Cadillac XT5 Premium Luxury for sale near Windermere, FL

Engine warning light. Was a drive train warranty issue. In at 7:30, sat in customer lounge having coffee, out at 8: and donuts, out at 8:30. They replaced faulty part did their vehicle check, made no attempt to sell my since it needed nothing.

Took longer then I expected. They did a oil,filter change and tire rotation. Got there at 7:25 (first one there), had an appointment. Got the car back at 8:45. This may be normal for them, not sure. First visit with new car. I bought the last 3 cars from Phillips Buick,GMC. They have a lightning lube section. I could have the same procedure done there and get the car back in 30 minutes. Other then the time, there service was great.

5 stars Easy, fair, and fast. Leased a new Cadillac VISTIQ and Paul/Brandon in Sales made the process simple...Appreciate their time and effort.

My salesperson has been terrific and very patient. I was somewhat dismayed to not have been told that the car had 3,200 miles on it. It did not come up until I met with the finance person. She rather brushed it off saying that it had only been driven by the sales manager's wife....like that doesn't count? After I questioned her on this, she got the authority from the sales manager to take off $6 a month off my monthly payment. The car had not been titled so I guess the quote I had from Eloy was for a car that had 5 miles on it???? This was very disturbing to me. I did meet with the general manager later on who explained it to me. This should have been pointed out when I was looking and interested in this car. My overall experience was very good, I have 5 friends who drive Cadillacs from Massey and they have been pleased so that was very helpful in my decision to switch to a Cadillac.

Dan and Brandon were great to deal with. Knowledgeable about the car. Quick to respond to my many questions. Alicia in financing was terrific! She took extra time to explain terms, benefits and options.

Salesman James was excellent, great service, best prices, lots of options to choose from and left with the car the same day. The best dealer.

I had a wonderful experience with Jacob Hopper, who sold me my 2020 XT6. Jacob helped me make the decision about which Cadillac would be best for me. He knew everything about Cadillacs, and shared his knowledge with me when I had a question. Jacob was not pushy whatsoever; he simply is a nice guy who sells Cadillacs. Great place with a great service department. Been going there for years honest and reputable and do a great job of keeping my multiple Cadillacs in fantastic running condition. Special hats off to Mike Chernow service manager Who is just a great guy and genuinely his customers interest at heart.... a rare find in these days and who have served us so well over the years ago. I go their with confidence and trust them implicitly. Matt Pelphrey our service rep is awesome and always gives us great service!
