I gave a 4 star review to the facilities because the showroom was unimpressive. This was primarily due to the renovation of that was underway. Otherwise, the experience was quite positive. Our sales associate, Raymond, was knowledgeable, efficient, and a pleasure to work with.

I understand that the show room is under construction but the it could be more customer friendly. The staff was great and tried to make up for it.

Best experience I ever had leasing a vehicle. Brooke, my salesperson, was very attentive to my needs and professional throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied. The entire transaction took place online and by phone, without even stepping into the dealership, due to COVID-19. Very Professional, took as much time needed to make me really want to buy a car. Explained everything very clearly. I would buy cars from Dan at Massey Cadillac North many more times. I have called him a few times with questions and he has always taken the time to answer all of them. Never Blew me off like some people do.

My salesperson has been terrific and very patient. I was somewhat dismayed to not have been told that the car had 3,200 miles on it. It did not come up until I met with the finance person. She rather brushed it off saying that it had only been driven by the sales manager's wife....like that doesn't count? After I questioned her on this, she got the authority from the sales manager to take off $6 a month off my monthly payment. The car had not been titled so I guess the quote I had from Eloy was for a car that had 5 miles on it???? This was very disturbing to me. I did meet with the general manager later on who explained it to me. This should have been pointed out when I was looking and interested in this car. My overall experience was very good, I have 5 friends who drive Cadillacs from Massey and they have been pleased so that was very helpful in my decision to switch to a Cadillac.

This is a Cadillac Dealer and is the "Cadillac of the dealers"! Christian and Octavio made just our dream come true! They work with us and made every single possible effort to make our experience smooth and feasible. They are really customer focused listening to you to see how they can help for , off course, selling you a car but for you to be able to buy the car you want. They really let you feel like a family, take their time to explain you everything you need to know including helpful advice about cars, loans and more. Also I found out that Cadillac offer really a good value for the money, luxury and quality products. He knew everything about Cadillacs, and shared his knowledge with me when I had a question. Jacob was not pushy whatsoever; he simply is a nice guy who sells Cadillacs.
