Great place to buy a vehicle, I found the deal on a vehicle I wanted online, sent a inquiry to make sure it was still available, Mark Talkington replied that it was, after a couple of emails verifying the deal I was looking for I went to the dealership, got there the vehicle was already pulled to the front waiting for me went on a test drive including the highway which allowed me to see how it handled while Mark went over some of the features of the vehicle, when we got back Mark asked if I thought the vehicle was right for me, we went in and started the paperwork, the whole process from pulling on the lot to driving away in my new vehicle was about 2 hours, Mark Talkington and Johnathan Cox made the whole process as smooth and easy as possible never any pressure to buy anything extra (yes they did offer extras and add ons, that is part of their job) overall a great buying experience and was well worth the drive to Jackson, when I need another vehicle Serra will be at the top of my list of places to look!

These guys were great. I made a deal over the phone then drove 1100 miles to get new (to me) truck. the deal was exactly as we had discussed on the phone. They could have added things to the deal knowing I was a long way from home but they didn't. Honest and not pushy! a pleasure to do business with.

My Cadillac had an issue with the sun shade. Manny diagnosed the problem and arranged for all the parts to be available in two days. He informed me that the repair would take two days. The vehicle was ready ahead of time. He even arranged for a rental for me. Very good service.

Found the car with the mileage we'd been looking for. Drove from Tallahassee, FL. to Ocala, FL. and Sullivan's to trade our existing car in on the 2019 Mercedes. In and out in just over 2hours. I called the main number to schedule an appointment. I spoke with Brooke ( the AI) assistance. She asked couple of questions and offered an appointment for one hour later, same day. I was surprised!! Normally I get an appointment for a week later. I was happy I could take care of it right away. I had a delicious hot chocolate drink from their machine and delicious toppings (which I tried all- no sugars for a month ????). I was comfy watching tv with my hot chocolate when I got a text one hour later .. fast and amazing. My service advisor was Mauricio Alquezada. He was very professional and respectful.
