Two weeks since my wife and purchased the most expensive (not complaining) vehicle we have ever bought! The team here is second to none! The service is stellar across the board. I have NEVER had such a pleasant experience when buying a vehicle. The service I had at Royal Cadillac was beyond what I expected. They made up for the mistakes that parts department made. Rather than have me drive all the way back to Tucson, which is an hour and a half from me, they brought the service man to me. Terry was wonderful. He was even able to get my garage opener programmed in my car. I was so thankful.Erin, I’m sure I misspelling his name, on the day All my problems started was patient kind and thoughtful. Jim, The service manager is another one that went beyond requirements. Royal Cadillac is the second Cadillac Dealer I’ve had to deal with. They so deserve five stars +10. Brady was so helpful. Was interested in the truck, but had no photos. Brady sent me some and helped me make my mind up. Did not fit my expectations but he is keeping his feelers out for me. Great people and great company.
