Two weeks since my wife and purchased the most expensive (not complaining) vehicle we have ever bought! Couldn’t be happier with our new Sierra, and couldn’t be happier with the excellent sales team at Thompson Buick, GMC, Cadillac! They definitely understood the assignment when it came to quality customer service as their main priority! Tristan treated us like we were his only reason for him being at work that day and made the process as easy as it gets! Chris in finance was straight forward and worked to provide us with a quick purchasing experience! The service I had at Royal Cadillac was beyond what I expected. They made up for the mistakes that parts department made. Rather than have me drive all the way back to Tucson, which is an hour and a half from me, they brought the service man to me. Terry was wonderful. He was even able to get my garage opener programmed in my car. I was so thankful.Erin, I’m sure I misspelling his name, on the day All my problems started was patient kind and thoughtful. Jim, The service manager is another one that went beyond requirements. Royal Cadillac is the second Cadillac Dealer I’ve had to deal with. They so deserve five stars +10. Brady was so helpful. Was interested in the truck, but had no photos. Brady sent me some and helped me make my mind up. Did not fit my expectations but he is keeping his feelers out for me. Great people and great company.

My Cadillac had started make an odd sound. Koby told me they would need it for a couple of days. He kept me updated on what was found the cost of fixing it (if I wanted to). He was a great person to deal with.
