I previously just purchased a new 2025 Escalade at Central Cadillac and I’d like to share my experience. First off I absolutely love my new vehicle. It’s simply amazing! With that said my sales personnel (Mason Fink) was amazing throughout the entire process. He made it so easy for me I didn’t even feel like I purchased a new vehicle, in a good way of course. His communication was awesome, his attention to detail was incredible and it was one of the easiest and best vehicle purchases I’ve ever made! I can’t thank him enough. The dealership is also amazing. I love me a good Carmel Latte and theirs is to die for! I had a great experience, saw the truck on Saturday night, drove from PA to Ohio on Monday to get it. Steve (Coach) already had the tank filled and cleaned before I arrived. I looked at the Same truck in PA, they couldn’t come close to the price Medina had!! I would definitely go back to Medina for another vehicle.
