The service department was outstanding. I was at another dealership and they could not fix the problem. They said the noise was normal for my Cadillac. After calling the Cadillac zoning office I found out it was not normal. Classic Cadillac went above and beyond helping me. His transparency and professionalism made the car buying experience enjoyable (as it should be!), and his friendliness helped minimize the usual stress I have.
