The service department was outstanding. I was at another dealership and they could not fix the problem. They said the noise was normal for my Cadillac. After calling the Cadillac zoning office I found out it was not normal. Classic Cadillac went above and beyond helping me. I took my car in for a oil change and a tire rotation. I found out I had a oil leak from gasket. I was under warranty, so it was fixed with no additional cost. Services here are pretty high for a basic oil change but they did take care of my car. Usually, I get a free wash and vacuum but they didn't do it this time.
