These guys were great. I made a deal over the phone then drove 1100 miles to get new (to me) truck. the deal was exactly as we had discussed on the phone. They could have added things to the deal knowing I was a long way from home but they didn't. Honest and not pushy! a pleasure to do business with.

Everyone was very helpful and informative. They were concerned about any issues that I might have dealt with him promptly . I bought some parts from them and they were priced reasonably.

Our Mercedes GLA 250 has been a bit irritable these last 6 weeks with the Check Engine Light coming on and remaining on for different reason. Worked with Ryan Ford on getting the new CT5 Picked up. ABOVE and BEYOND what was needed to be done. Showed the whole car; the features were explained and the upgrades and new additions to car. Made the paperwork simple and easy. In and out of there within 30 minutes with the car. Wouldn't go anywhere else for business again!

Recommendation is for Service Department ONLY, The Service Department personnel at the intake desk are friendly and quite competent in their work. They make the experience a positive one.

My XT5 was due for return and I received a call From Henry Flakes Jr. I told him what I was looking for in a new vehicle and he found a XT6 with all the options I wanted, I went over the following day and we made the deal happen. Henry was very courteous and friendly and he introduced me to every new feature that my 2022 XT5 didn't have. Henry Then help me with all the set-up. I would Definitely Recommend Henry Flakes for a great SALESMAN along with the whole team

The dealership took great care of my car right away when I found a nail in my tire that defaulted the tire. I called them and they fixed the tire in a short time. I really appreciate the fast response!!!
