Everything went perfectly. From arrival to departure. I ordered a new Key FOB from the Parts Department, they called when it had arrived, made a WEB appointment, all very easy. I was greeted promptly and taken care of by very friendly people. When the job was done, I was helped to use my reward paints toward payment. The job was completed much faster than I had expected.

Sean and Jackson were awesome. Most honest and straightforward team that I have dealt with all my years leasing cars. In my case they went above and beyond expectations, even to the point of providing a greater discount than what was agreed upon because of an incentive issue. The service I had at Royal Cadillac was beyond what I expected. They made up for the mistakes that parts department made. Rather than have me drive all the way back to Tucson, which is an hour and a half from me, they brought the service man to me. Terry was wonderful. Myron was a pleasure to work with on the purchase a used inventory SUV. Realizing we would be driving a distance to test drive the vehicle, he thoroughly answered my questions on the phone, double checked the car for certain features I wanted, and even filmed a video of the car to further clarify details.
