The dealership was very cordial and professional with several follow ups however they refused to negotiate on the price which I felt was a little too high based on the equipment. As a result I am purchasing at another dealer who was flexible on price and provided a better deal for a similar vehicle with less mileage that also had significantly more options and a higher window sticker.

Checking the car took to long when I brought it in I was told that checking the vehicle would take one half hour it ended up taking one hour and a half. When I as given the form on the vehicle items that needed to be fixed I could not understand the writing on the individual items. I would appreciate a typed recommendation on each item do I can know exactly what I will be repairing. Thank you

This is the 3rd new vehicle we have bought from this dealership in 5 years. We have always worked with Cory who is the manager but was in sales when we bought our first vehicle in 2019. There are not enough words to describe the amazing overall customer service that Cory provides. I do have to say that they need more mechanics and extra help in service tho. I know it?s difficult to find experienced help that is able to commit and work but the service department management seems overwhelmed with trying to keep up with the service demands.
