Nicest dealership I’ve been to. The service department is remarkable. I would buy about them vehicle here simply due to Michael in the service department. The facility is top quality. Only issue I have is that it is 5 hours away from my home but it is worth the drive!

First of all, I purchased the XT5 Sport AWD with the Platinum package, sticker $69,530. Truthfully, this is a fine ride, and a pleasure to drive. Everything is at your fingertips and easy to use. A couple of items I miss would be the floating high beams that come with intellibeams, the accent lighting in the interior was a nice feature. My final complaint, not enough USB ports. It could use a couple on the dash just below the radio.

3rd XT5 have had no issues with '19 & '21. Current our '24 is experiencing automatic braking and cruise control issues. The vehicle is in the shop to be fixed. This issue has caused crashes. Our experience was shocking with the system slamming on the brakes while moving. Ido hope Cadillac gets this issue corrected. We are very apprehensive when driving and will be since this occured.

Got a 2023 identical to this 3 weeks ago. Bought it for retirement road travel. Have had 2 SRXs before. Traded in a sweet 2016 ATS Performance coupe reluctantly. No regrets. Electronics are outstanding. Handles better than the SRX. As peppy and nimble as the ATS. Always GM, never disappointed. Value, comfort, performance.

Service personnel were courteous and prompt to help me and the repair was done quickly.

This is the 3rd XT5 I have had and I think it is a great car for the money. perfect size with enough room for most everything you would need for trips or just around town.

My experience with Sewell dealership and especially my sales associate, Luis Barboza has been nothing but positive and great. Luis is extremely knowledgeable and patient with any questions you may have. I've now purchased two cars from Batchelor/Sewell Cadillac and only returned to this dealership because of the most professional and courteous experience I had. Six months after my first purchase (and several times inbetween) I was able to call Luis on his cell he provided and he was as happy to assist me as he was when he sold me the first car. The service department's employees and very helpful and accommodating. They have a BEAUTIFUL lobby with refreshments. The XT5 was well maintained, inside and out. The ride is smooth. Up-to-date technology. I rode 324 mile road trip was with no problems. My family was impressed with the ride, interior and technology.

I had just got this car and it's been to the shop twice, first 2 days I had it I loved it, the performance is great and the interior is amazing! I have the sport utility model and I love all the features and the sound of the xt5!! Over the week my power liftgate stopped working/ would only work at certain times, my check engine light came on reading codes about the camshaft and coolant temp not being high enough. I'm not sure what's going on, this might just be a me problem but over all very nice car, just alot of bells and whistles and specific dealerships to go through if it ever needs repairs.

Everyone was friendly, professional, and followed all safety and social distancing guidelines. They made a stressful process in an uncomfortable time very rewarding. I have found a dealership with whom to build a relationship.
