I had a great experience dealing with Brad Tucker @ bowman auto center. I was on the market for a durnago hellcat. I had searched the US of A trying to narrow one down that was right for me. Found quite a few with lower mileage but they were built for Canadian market no factory warranty. Brad at bowman auto center stayed in touch, even after I had explained I was pretty dead set on one in Ohio I had already sent a deposit on. Well came down to that one was also built for Canadian market. Brad may have been consistent (what salesmen arent) but he made the purchase smooth from the get go, I showed up, checked the vehicle out, and handed him a check. 10 mins later I had a plate, and registration. I couldn't have been happier with my purchase. Bowman goes above and beyond what other dealers would have, down to my vehicle had two exhausts, a aftermarket installed, and factory. The manager was nice enough to take the factory exhaust home so that I wouldn't have to travel as far to retrieve it. 100% 12 stars out of 10. I will be recommending others to come here.

Good interior quality, beefy, spacious and well built. Predictable handling in all weather and road conditions. Not so comfy but your ride is always safe. Regular maintenance is not so expensive.

At Prestige dealership the customer service in my opinion is awesome . At the service desk for your vehicle , I seem to get service from Dominique and Adam who is very upbeat and very informational. The entire staff has been professional and concerning. The salesman by the name of James Chubb is very good with the information that will get you in a vehicle and pulling out the parking lot with one.. I was in the market for a new Cadillac and had a 2021 Jeep Gladiator to trade. KBB quoted a price which Suburban guaranteed - So I made a call and spoke to Todd in new car sales. Super fast service on my brakes! very satisfied! I took my car in on 1-15-25, and they completely replaced my rotors, the pads, and flushed the brake lines. I appreciated getting my car back on the road within a day!

Got a 2023 identical to this 3 weeks ago. Bought it for retirement road travel. Have had 2 SRXs before. Traded in a sweet 2016 ATS Performance coupe reluctantly. No regrets. Electronics are outstanding. Handles better than the SRX. As peppy and nimble as the ATS. Always GM, never disappointed. Value, comfort, performance.

This is my second XT5. Had a 2017 and never had a problem. Just got my 2023 XT5 Sport, and wow, maybe too much power for a senior citizen, but I love it. A few changes from the 2017, but love the car. I put other vehicles like the Jeep or GMC as beasts, my XT5 is more like a cat, still get where I want to be with luxury.

My experience was amazing! My entire transaction was done via text, phone and e-sign (I reside in Virginia) and John (John Murphy) is an exceptional person to deal with. I flew up, he met me at the airport and after a quick test drive, I was on my way home. I couldn't be happier with my experience!!

We love our XT5, it drives great and looks great. The only thing is the navigation. You have to plug in your cell phone to get it.

First of all, I purchased the XT5 Sport AWD with the Platinum package, sticker $69,530. Truthfully, this is a fine ride, and a pleasure to drive. Everything is at your fingertips and easy to use. A couple of items I miss would be the floating high beams that come with intellibeams, the accent lighting in the interior was a nice feature. My final complaint, not enough USB ports. It could use a couple on the dash just below the radio.
