Used Cadillac XT5 for sale near New Canaan, CT

Jay was extremely helpful and did not pressure me at all into buying something I did not want or like. He even advised against a car (which I agreed) based on my needs. I need a car which is reliable and great on gas. I also prefer driving manual transmission. He guided me to a 2003 Honda Accord with great mileage, one previous owner and fantastic MPG. I write this review 2 weeks after my purchase so I have had time to drive it and really get the feel for the Accord. It drives like new and it is in great condition. Jay put four new tires, a full service and it passed inspection. I walked in to Westchester Auto exchange at 11am and drove away with my new Accord at 6pm the same day! Top marks!!!

The dealer was great. But the apple play in my 2024 Sierra is not yet supported. What the xxxx is that about? How the heck can you sell an incomplete vehicle? I?d like to know when it will be fixed. And it better be soon.

I highly recommend the entire team! Petar was very responsive right from the initial call. He put the vehicle on hold for me 2 days ahead knowing that I was driving 5 hours from Maine to drive and potentially buy. When I arrived, it was fully detailed and sitting right up front. There was a mechanical issue that my husband found. Lloyd entered the picture. Lloyd immediately drove it down to the service department, they diagnosed and fixed immediately. It took a couple of hours....but the guys gave us a recommendation for pizza and bought our lunch. Gene jumped in on the tech side and got me all set with the app and answered all of my questions. Ashley in finance was also really helpful and got our paperwork done quickly!! Overall 7 out of 5 rating! 3rd XT5 have had no issues with '19 & '21. Current our '24 is experiencing automatic braking and cruise control issues. The vehicle is in the shop to be fixed. This issue has caused crashes. Our experience was shocking with the system slamming on the brakes while moving. Ido hope Cadillac gets this issue corrected. We are very apprehensive when driving and will be since this occured.

I brought my 2023 RX 350 in for a software update on the spur of the moment and Felica O’Brien and the team handled it quickly and professionally. They are the greatest and the dealership is the best.

We love our XT5, it drives great and looks great. The only thing is the navigation. You have to plug in your cell phone to get it.
