Prestige Cadillac Customer Service Good Evening I would to personally thank our sales representative Mr. Henry Flakes for his Outstanding Customer Care and Service he provided to my husband and I during our visit to Prestige Cadillac. Mr. Flakes went above and beyond to ensure we were kept abreast of action, activities and fact finding during our decision-making and purchase of a 2024 CT5 Cadillac. He called to inform us of all changes and requirements to include the tire locks. My husband wanted to know if the CT5 Cadillac came with tire locks and Mr. Flakes stated the 2024 CT5 Cadillac did not have tire locks but locks could purchased for an additional fee. Mr. Flakes explained the tire locks would be a special order specifically for our CT5 Cadillac. Mr. Flakes placed our order immediately upon our request to purchase the tire locks. Mr. Flakes also provided extensive service to beyond duty hours responding to queries and questions from my husband David concerning the dashboard lighting. At Prestige dealership the customer service in my opinion is awesome . At the service desk for your vehicle , I seem to get service from Dominique and Adam who is very upbeat and very informational. The entire staff has been professional and concerning. Got a 2023 identical to this 3 weeks ago. Bought it for retirement road travel. Have had 2 SRXs before. Traded in a sweet 2016 ATS Performance coupe reluctantly. No regrets. Electronics are outstanding. Handles better than the SRX. As peppy and nimble as the ATS. Always GM, never disappointed. Value, comfort, performance.

We love our XT5, it drives great and looks great. The only thing is the navigation. You have to plug in your cell phone to get it.

In the early 2000’s “we” bought our first Kia’s and our experience with service at other dealerships was less than satisfying , Then for routine maintenance we went to Serra Kia And the contrast was striking ! We were treated respectfully EVERYTHING was explained clearly and all are questions were addressed promptly. Since then my wife and I have purchased 5 Kia’s and as of this writing, Serra has NOT disappointed us ONCE ! Notably the staff , Teresa , service coordinator, Tim in service, Tom sales , Nancy sales , have been outstanding over the years! Thank you all again.

I purchased the 2020 Cadillac XT5 midsize crossover based on the stylish looks, comfortable ride and optional V6 engine which takes regular gas. The panoramic sunroof, electronic precision shifter and interior design adds to the overall driving experience. The ride is good, but there is more road noise than expected probably due to no under carriage engine shield which makes the cabin not as isolated as it could be. Also there should be as standard equipment a rear mirror camera due to poor visibility. It appears many used Cadillac XT5 have some minor rear damage when checking the Carfax report.

The XT5 has met all of our expectations in handling, performance and comfort. The 3.6 engine has excellent mileage and power. Interior is very comfortable and stylish. This is my second XT5. Had a 2017 and never had a problem. Just got my 2023 XT5 Sport, and wow, maybe too much power for a senior citizen, but I love it. A few changes from the 2017, but love the car. I put other vehicles like the Jeep or GMC as beasts, my XT5 is more like a cat, still get where I want to be with luxury.

Sage went above and beyond to get my new car/lease. He is not only incredibly friendly and personable but an honest and caring young man. I already have, and will definitely continue to, recommend him to any friends and family.

Good interior quality, beefy, spacious and well built. Predictable handling in all weather and road conditions. Not so comfy but your ride is always safe. Regular maintenance is not so expensive.
