My wife's car is a 2019 XT5 premium purchased new and now has 60,000 trouble free miles, still looks and drives like new. I needed another vehicle that was practical and luxurious. I found a fairly loaded used 2022 XT6 premium with average miles, negotiated what I thought was a very good deal and purchased. Same engine as my XT5 but a softer ride and great features, very quiet and comfortable. Bose sound system is excellent and vehicle has plenty of utility. I was surprised at the depreciation for such a nice SUV, maybe I just got lucky being in the right place at the right time or maybe because it was end of December and dealers want to move inventory by years end, anyway great SUV, I am very happy so far.

Danny, the salesman, was the most important of this sale because he found us a perfect car and made it happen!! The vehicle was just great and I must say I'm very very impressed!! Thank you so much once again!

I have 22,000 miles so far with no significant issues. I love the exterior looks but the interior leaves alot to be desired, cheap materials,lackluster layout and a small screen. I knew about all of this prior to purchasing. The good,low cost of maintenance compared to other vehicles in the category, vehicle uses regular gas not premium like the others. My past experience with cadillacs assures me of getting over a 150,000 mostly trouble free miles.

It was time for a spring checkup for my INFINITY with a coupon that I received. From the pickup of my vehicle by a very nice gentleman to the service was smooth. I had my oil and filter changed, tires rotated and all wheel alignment done. During inspection they discovered that my belts were worn and cracked and I needed a replacement filter for the cabin. I had them do the belts and I will replace that in cabin filter. They did an amazing job and I received a video showing how work was needed. They communicate with texts and kept me informed of the process. They sent a link to pay and had my car dropped off by a nice young man who made the process smooth and easy. Thank you for such a great process.

Several weeks ago, I was looking at a certified 2021 X6 on your lot. A salesman happened by and I asked him about it. He introduced himself as Chris Lee, with a nice firm handshake, and began to impress me with how much he knew about this car amongst literally hundreds of used cars on your lot. He offered to pull up a sales sheet with all the pertinent information and then offered to let me test drive it. I was amazed at how much technology was incorporated into this vehicle but Chris kept showing me one cool feature after another. It was as if he had owned the car himself. Needless to say, he sold me on the car. As it was already late on a Saturday evening I tried to put a deposit on the car but was advised that the dealership doesn't honor deposits - that cars are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis. So I arranged to come in the next Monday afternoon to purchase it. Unfortunately, it had already sold and, naturally, I was quite disappointed. Chris instead focused my attention on the new X3's and virtually "jumped through hoops" showing me many different X3's in various color combinations of exteriors/interiors. Due to his expertise on these vehicles, much like his knowledge of the X6, I was soon ready to purchase a brand new X3 from your dealership's in-house stock. Had an unforeseen situation not arisen involving my son working for a competitive automobile group, I would have signed a purchase agreement with Chris that afternoon. From this experience, the thought occurred to me that if all of Principal BMW of San Antonio's salespeople were as efficient and knowledgeable of the BMW product line as Chris Lee, you all (with the exception of your excellent service staff) could just go home. Had a smooth, efficient process of making a trade for a new Telluride with Andy Peck. He was well-prepared to start the process on a Mon. morning after my phone call with him Sat. night before dealership closed. Andy was/ is a kind, patient, knowledgeable guy who won't pressure you or try to upsell a vehicle. He went above and beyond making me comfortable with the new car, and even made a walk-thru video of the car's many tech features that I could watch at home whenever I needed to. (I'm in the Boomer generation that has some trouble with all the "bells and whistles" in these new vehicles). He did all the settings for me like driver's seat, phone connection, radio, and Kia Connect. Encouraged me to call or come by with any more concerns or questions. Anyone thinking of buying a Kia, go to Crain Kia of Conway and ask for Andy Peck!! He will take great care of you!

I went in to test drive an Accord but decided it wasn’t for me. However, a day later I was notified that a 2019 CRV fit my needs. And I ended up buying it! The whole process was great- I started with Charles and ended with Corey. The only negative was the wait time to sign registration and title. The dealership is even buffing out the minor scrapes on this, making it truly look and feel new. Great experience.

Good experience They help with my tire problem that the other tire shops in town could not seems not able to fix even though I took it back to them several times.

Salesman was very nice, and was extremely helpful. He answered all my questions regarding the car I was interested in. I would go back to this dealership. They got the payments in the area that I requested and the finance guy was great as well. I told them what I wanted and they didn't try to shove other things down my throat. They advised on my options and went with what I said I wanted. It was a very easy transaction.
