I gave a 4 star review to the facilities because the showroom was unimpressive. This was primarily due to the renovation of that was underway. Otherwise, the experience was quite positive. Our sales associate, Raymond, was knowledgeable, efficient, and a pleasure to work with.

I understand that the show room is under construction but the it could be more customer friendly. The staff was great and tried to make up for it.

Very Professional, took as much time needed to make me really want to buy a car. Explained everything very clearly. I would buy cars from Dan at Massey Cadillac North many more times.
