I gave a 4 star review to the facilities because the showroom was unimpressive. This was primarily due to the renovation of that was underway. Otherwise, the experience was quite positive. Our sales associate, Raymond, was knowledgeable, efficient, and a pleasure to work with.

I understand that the show room is under construction but the it could be more customer friendly. The staff was great and tried to make up for it.

Very Professional, took as much time needed to make me really want to buy a car. Explained everything very clearly. I would buy cars from Dan at Massey Cadillac North many more times. I have called him a few times with questions and he has always taken the time to answer all of them. Never Blew me off like some people do.

5 stars Easy, fair, and fast. Leased a new Cadillac VISTIQ and Paul/Brandon in Sales made the process simple...Appreciate their time and effort.

My salesperson has been terrific and very patient. I was somewhat dismayed to not have been told that the car had 3,200 miles on it. It did not come up until I met with the finance person. She rather brushed it off saying that it had only been driven by the sales manager's wife....like that doesn't count? After I questioned her on this, she got the authority from the sales manager to take off $6 a month off my monthly payment. The car had not been titled so I guess the quote I had from Eloy was for a car that had 5 miles on it???? This was very disturbing to me. I did meet with the general manager later on who explained it to me. This should have been pointed out when I was looking and interested in this car. My overall experience was very good, I have 5 friends who drive Cadillacs from Massey and they have been pleased so that was very helpful in my decision to switch to a Cadillac.

I had a wonderful experience with Jacob Hopper, who sold me my 2020 XT6. Jacob helped me make the decision about which Cadillac would be best for me. He knew everything about Cadillacs, and shared his knowledge with me when I had a question. Jacob was not pushy whatsoever; he simply is a nice guy who sells Cadillacs. I will buy from Jacob and Massey for my next Cadillac.

Great place with a great service department. Been going there for years honest and reputable and do a great job of keeping my multiple Cadillacs in fantastic running condition. Special hats off to Mike Chernow service manager Who is just a great guy and genuinely his customers interest at heart.... a rare find in these days and who have served us so well over the years ago. Carroll Cadillac North Orlando is a new dealership in Sanford. Their facility is under construction phase, however, they have an incredible team. They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and made the buying experience comfortable and easy. We would highly recommend them if you are considering purchasing a new vehicle.

Engine warning light. Was a drive train warranty issue. In at 7:30, sat in customer lounge having coffee, out at 8: and donuts, out at 8:30. They replaced faulty part did their vehicle check, made no attempt to sell my since it needed nothing.
