Drove right into service receiving bay. Fresh donuts and coffee in waiting area. Multiple phone charging stands next to comfy chairs. TV or magazines to read. Service rep explained all before paying - both right in waiting area. Washed and warm car waiting indoors for me to drive off. Very professional.

I was in the market for a new Cadillac and had a 2021 Jeep Gladiator to trade. KBB quoted a price which Suburban guaranteed - So I made a call and spoke to Todd in new car sales. I had the 100,000mi service plus a couple other fixes that needed to be done, and they had me in the service bay within a week, and it only took a couple of days for everything to be done (the plus was what took extra).
