We love our XT5, it drives great and looks great. The only thing is the navigation. You have to plug in your cell phone to get it.

Switched from a BMW 5 Series to the Cadillac XTS. It is far superior than the BMW and Jaguar XJ previously owned. Both of those foreign extractions were money pits. I purchased the X with 66,000 miles on it and have not experienced the failures other reviewers have lamented so I question the authenticity of their review. The XTS is, in my opinion, one of the most alluring cars on the road today, 2023. It has great presence and commands attention. By far the best car I have ever owned and its reliability has not disappointed. The Platinum trim interior is exquisite. It did, afterall, win Ward's 10 Best (automotive) Interiors of 2013. Definitely a keeper. Get one.

Buying a used car is almost always a gamble for both the buyer and the dealer. In my opinion, this is a pretty trustworthy place, and they've been doing it for 38 years. Longevity for a used car business is commendable. I bought from out of state, unseen, except through a virtual tour through Lance to my satisfaction. First, they drove me to/from Enterprise where I dropped off my one-way rental, and took me to the tag/notary place. After inspecting the truck, everything was as expected other than a pretty good oil spot under the pan. Concerning, of course. Without hesitation, they pulled it to the back, diagnosed the problem quickly, repaired it, and I was able to make the 6 hour return trip trouble free in my new (used) truck. Bottom line: they were honest, fair-priced, friendly, and went out of their way for me. Something might happen to my used truck over time, but it will not be because of them. Got a 2013 about a month ago with 60K in nearly perfect condition. I have spent some time and money fixing little things - these cars are complicated and loaded with delicate technology. The CUE radio has been replaced, as has the electronic dash - which are both a very nice feature but are known to fail. It drives beautifully, has tons of room, is a fantastic value proposition, and looks very nice. The overall finish is very high and of very good quality on these cars. The owners complaining here are the ones that drive them hard and the only attention the car gets is when they drop it off to the dealer for something and then agree to fix things. Plan to spend a lot of money keeping one going if this is you. If you can do most things yourself, and keep it properly looked after, it's typical of any common luxury car. They ALL have their quirks. If you really wanted a toyota or a honda economy car then this isn't the car for you - go buy one of those, you'll hate owning one of these. Me? I just love it! Next costly maintenance is the magneride suspension - it does wear out, and typical engine cleaning - valves, injectors, plugs, etc. All fluids are new, brakes are new, tires are new. Everything is expensive for these cars.

The first day I showed up no one assisted me or asked me any questions so I left. I then reached out asking if the vehicle was still available and was responded to very quickly. When I showed up to look Jeremy helped me right away and was very kind. Let me see all the seats because I am looking for a third row. Unfortunately that car was not right for me and he didn’t make me feel bad or like I wasted his time he was just happy to help me. I really appreciated that.

The XT5 has met all of our expectations in handling, performance and comfort. The 3.6 engine has excellent mileage and power. Interior is very comfortable and stylish. I am writing ANOTHER review for Trend Auto since I continue to use them for maintenance issues regarding my used Toyota Sienna that I purchased from them years ago. I have had several issues pop up through the years regarding my van and not only have they resolved each and every problem, they did so in a very reasonably priced and expedient manner. I cannot say enough good things about Trend Auto. I would not even consider going elsewhere. I trust these guys 100% and KEVIN IS FABULOUS! He is honest, fair and trust worthy. They all are an absolute pleasure to work with as I have never had one negative interaction with anyone there. In the past, I have bought many vehicles from various dealerships and I can tell you that Trend Auto is the best!!! I cannot recommend their top notch service highly enough. I financed the 2012 cts4 luxury pkg in early 2021 with 50k miles on it with one previous owner and have just recently paid it off and now have fully owned this for about 6 months. This is my first vehicle, so while I have nothing to compare it to in terms of previous cars I’ve owned, I still must say this car has been absolutely amazing for me. Compared to other cars I’ve driven, including a few BMWs, Benz, etc. this one has truthfully been my favorite. The very first thing I noticed when test driving it was how insanely smooth this ride was. I was honestly blown away because I have never driven a car with this smooth of a ride. To add to this, I personally love the style. My personal vehicle is the black raven exterior with a beige interior. There is also the polished wood on doors and dash which I love. The only thing I have added to this car was the Apple CarPlay boss radio, which for me is a necessity as I can’t live without my own playlists and easy navigation. I feel like this also helped to modernize the car a bit since I do have am older model (2012). The biggest problem I had with it so far was a fuse under the hood controlling the fan which was literally a 5 min fix and costed me $60. Have not had a single problem since this fix. I have driven it about 20k miles now for about 18 months and am currently around the 70k mile range. Hopefully as there is more wear and tear it can give the same reliability and performance that I have enjoyed up to this point. Other than that, beautiful sunroof, decent amount of space in the cabin, large trunk, good acceleration, nice HP for a vehicle with no after market performance enhancers considering this car is around 300hp stock and a nice V6 engine. As I was rating this car, I was genuinely trying to think of something more constructive criticism towards it, but I truthfully have rated this vehicle to the best of my ability. Keep in mind this is from 50k-70k miles so far and this is the 2012 vehicle being rated in 2022. One last thing I would like to add considering the gas crisis that is going on as of now, this car has good mpg which is around 20 with an 18 gallon tank. Once the low fuel alert comes on, you still have about 50 miles before gas is really in dire need. Overall, really love this vehicle and I hope that this review helps.

The XT5 is a great car that is quick, comfortable, fun to drive and it stands out from a crowded suv market. There is very little I would change. I like the 310 hp V6, 8 speed transmission and the brakes are smooth while performing quick stops very well. I do not care for the run / stop feature on the XT5 or any car for that matter. The fit and finish were impressive as well.

I have owned Mercedes GLS, Lincoln Navigator, Infiniti QX80, and now Escalade ESV. The Escalade has been my favorite. I now have 120,000 miles on it and have only had to replace shocks. Electronics work beautifully, it is unbelievably comfortable, and there is nothing like the looks of an Escalade! My only complaint is the well-known 1st to 2nd gear occasional kick from the transmission. Dealer has looked at it multiple times (flushed & reprogrammed) with not much luck. 2WD most of the time and throw it into Auto 4WD when Ohio winters hit and this thing eats snow and grabs the road like you wouldn’t believe. Have never even switched it to 4High or 4Lo. Well done, Cadillac!

Our relationship with Piazza Hyundai began when we purchased our 2012 Santa Fe from Tiffany Selfrit. The entire process was low-pressure, and Tiffany was very knowledgable and asked just the right questions to ensure that we got the vehicle that was right for us. Since then, Piazza's excellent service department has converted me from a "car dealership sceptic" to a devoted client. I have always been treated courteously, professionally, and fairly when bringing my car in for service -- as if I were a valued customer. My husband and I recently had the opportunity to experience Piazza's dedication to their clients on a whole other level when we broke down in Maryland on a 3 day road trip. Our car was towed to another Hyundai dealership in Salisbury, where we had to leave it for diagnostics. We were assured that they would call us the next day to give us an update. We rented a car and continued our trip. Unfortunately, the Salisbury dealership did not call the next day (or since -- and that was 10 days ago!), despite our numerous phone calls to them. On the second day I called Rick Stubblebine, my service manager at Piazza. He immediately expressed concern and relieved much of our anxiety about the situation by offering to contact the Salisbury dealership personally to see what he could do for us. His assurance that "you aren't in this alone" was incredibly reassuring, and demonstrated to us his extraordinary commitment to his clients. Since then, Rick has continued to advocate for us, and has taken it upon himself to check in regularly with us and the other dealership. Although the problem has not yet been resolved, Rick's kindness and dedication has certainly made us #1 fans and future customers of Piazza Hyundai!

Positive: Overall good car. I love the design and interior quality. Huge trunk. 10 years later still looks modern and attractive. Negative: Seats are very hard. Different from previous models. Cue system not very practical. I would prefer knobs and buttons. Glove box is unnecessarily complicated. Source of problem.

A pleasure to drive. Virtually no turbo-lag, responsive, comfortable and stylish to boot. My Premium Luxury has all the optional packages including massaging seats (great for my wife, who suffers from chronic back issues). Drove many competitors, but none could measure up overall to this SUV.
