Bought a pre-owned 2021 GV70 and the process was easy! They had a notary meet me and then delivered the car right to my doorstep!

I purchased this car slightly used in 2016 and to date have spent very little on repairs other than regularly scheduled maintence. It is now approaching 93K miles and so far have not had to change out the brakes and just now passed state inspection. A couple of years ago I was on my way to visit my wife that was in the hospital and while on my way, the car in front of me had come to a complete stop which in turn as I did as well to allow for a turning vehicle. While I was stopped, someone hit me from behind doing about 35 MPH. I received no injuries whatsoever and only damage to my car was rear bumper tore up, but other than that, received no other damage. However, he was driving a SUV as well, and it smashed in his front end, side panels and rendered it inoperable. Definitly feel safe when traveling in this car. And based on the very little cost of operating this car, I highly recomend this vehicle as a great purchase.

After locating the Porsche of my dreams, I submitted a request for the dealer to call me. I was please with a very professional phone call from Tyler Grier. Tyler went above and beyond knowing that I was 1700 miles away. Tyler sent me videos, photos and numerous text answering my barrage of questions. Tyler went above and beyond in my books, whether it is customary for a high end dealer to provide this type of customer service. In addition, Alex and Zaza also provided great customer service while Tyler was off. Even during the transport of my Porsche, Tyler was prompt to make sure that I was still taken care of even after the purchase. Today is the day I receive my 2018 911 C4S and I couldn’t be more excited and happy that Walser Porsche of Wichita was there for me every step of the way. My only sadness is that I couldn’t be there to personally shake the hands that provided the best customer service I’ve ever received in a vehicle purchase. Hats off to you all. Brian Roberds

I have owned many cars--both old and new-- in my lifetime and the only comparable one to this one is the 1979 Cadillac Seville I purchased in 1980. I was lucky to find a 2013 2nd Gen Luxury trim model with only 11000 miles on it last summer and hesitated because although it looked showroom new, it was 9 years old. Best buy I ever made--it has everything on it anyone could want and drives like a dream. Comfort, styling, convenience, power, and so far reliability. I wish I could find a new one, but the closest is the CT6 and it is not half the car.

Absolutely no pressure at all. All cars are unlocked so I was free to browse whatever vehicle I wanted. There are no sales persons on the lot following you around. Salesperson was very nice, professional, knowledgeable.

This is my second XT5. Had a 2017 and never had a problem. Just got my 2023 XT5 Sport, and wow, maybe too much power for a senior citizen, but I love it. A few changes from the 2017, but love the car. I put other vehicles like the Jeep or GMC as beasts, my XT5 is more like a cat, still get where I want to be with luxury.

Ryan did an excellent job getting my son a good deal on his 1st car. He was no pressure and explained things fully to him.

I love my Cadillac now. Don't know how much I'll love it when I have to pay out of pocket for a repair. I really love the Weatherization Package, Sun Roof, Moon roof, and All-Wheel Drive. The only complaint I have is my driver seat is very uncomfortable. The cushion is down to the rails on the seat and I have to add some kind of padding.

The XT5 has met all of our expectations in handling, performance and comfort. The 3.6 engine has excellent mileage and power. Interior is very comfortable and stylish. The XT5 appearance does distinguish itself from a lot of SUV's out there. I bought vehicle from a lease return and it looks like it belongs on the show room floor

All I can say is wow! I had an outstanding experience with Super Car Guys at the West location and Rock Rd location. I went in yesterday hoping to leave with a car, but didn’t think I’d be able to due to my horrible credit score. Angel worked with me to make sure I left in a car I loved - I was in and out in a few hours! However, today I noticed that one of the sensors on my car was faulty, so I went back in and they quickly scheduled me an appt with their Rock Rd location to get it fixed ASAP. They told me they will give me a loaner car while it is being worked on so I’m not out of a car. I’m so happy I chose to go with Super Car Guys. Impeccable customer service.

I have owned Mercedes GLS, Lincoln Navigator, Infiniti QX80, and now Escalade ESV. The Escalade has been my favorite. I now have 120,000 miles on it and have only had to replace shocks. Electronics work beautifully, it is unbelievably comfortable, and there is nothing like the looks of an Escalade! My only complaint is the well-known 1st to 2nd gear occasional kick from the transmission. Dealer has looked at it multiple times (flushed & reprogrammed) with not much luck. 2WD most of the time and throw it into Auto 4WD when Ohio winters hit and this thing eats snow and grabs the road like you wouldn’t believe. Have never even switched it to 4High or 4Lo. Well done, Cadillac!

I am so happy with the car we bought from Sam and Mason they took thr time to help me fond the right car For our needs. We told them that my mom would be here to visit and they found the SUV that was above and beyond what I even thought I wanted which is perfect. I can see out if it yo drife easier my mom can get in and out of it. We even named the car after Sam and Mason. So I love Samson our 2017 Buick encore. I am onr og those who would rather get a root canal than car shop but I will be back to work with Sam and Mason anytime.

Comfort in a car is important Smooth driving and pushes power whenever you accelerate. Love it but not the brake recall. My dog looks forward to car rides. She (dog) feels like royalty when she rolls in mama's lac.

I went to supercarguys this weekend looking for a decent used car. I was not unimpressed in any aspect of the whole process! Has multiple outlets for our kids and has a plug just in case we need to bring in a microwave inside the car. Its really reliable and has lots of leg room.

I had a wreck on the 3rd of January involving a drunk driver and totalled my car. I'm still waiting on the check from the insurance as of today but thought I'd go look for a replacement since the check should be here any time now. I did some shopping around online and found a car that was low on miles (just a little over 30,000), was under $20,000 and loved the color. It was located at SuperCarGuys on Rock Road. My father and I went in to look at it yesterday and the person I was supposed to meet with had already left for the day so I was helped by the most awesome salesman I have ever done business with. This young man was so polite, courteous, had the upmost respect for my time and was more helpful than anyone I have ever had the pleasure to meet. His name is Brody and when he went to go look for the car he found out it was at the Subaru dealership on Kellogg. He promptly got a vehicle and took me to the other lot to look at the car. He opened every door for me, talked to me like a person and not just another sale. He listened to what I had to say and didn't try to get more money out of me for the down payment and did everything he possibly could to make everything go smoothly and quickly. We had to do kinda makeshift arrangements due to not being able to go back to his location due to a major wreck on Rock in front of the location. He accommodated us doing all he could to make sure everything went as fast as possible including acquiring financing and aside from not being able to do any of the final paperwork he was able to get me in the car last night without having to pay the down payment until next week. I have never had a more enjoyable interaction with any other car salesman. He is only 19 years old but has more consideration and professionalism than any I have seen with 20+ years experience. If anyone ever needs a car I would highly recommend they go see Brody!!! He definitely earned my business last night and gained a customer for as long as he works here. I have a 2017 XT5 that I purchased when I was in NC. I've had 2 previous SRs and have enjoyed every single one. The one thing that has bothered me most is after a while a rattling noise began in each one of them. I bought it new and had no problems until 2022, the air conditioner, the sunroof and 3 out of 4 bearings. I have lots of Mike's in it is probably the reason.... I've traveled from Florida to NC a few tines as well as Florida to Baton Rouge. I hope she's ready to go for another 89,000 miles. Love mine.
