Bought a 2020 xt4 premium luxury 350T and so far I am liking the way the car handles. I love the remote auto start and remote trunk release! I also love that I can start the car, open and lock the car from my Cadillac phone app! Would definitely recommend this sporty and luxury suv!

My family is very happy about the new car with it's spacious interior and the drive is very smooth for being such a big luxury SUV. Cadillac did a wonderful update on their flagship SUV and we're very glad to have to tow our 4 kids around.

I drove up from Akron, Ohio, because I love the customer service. They got me in and out pretty quick, oil change/ wash and wax. Plugged my passenger front tire. I got on the highway and almost back to Akron and my tire light came on, no reading on the tire. I didn't want to drive back to Cleveland so I took it to Dave Towel Cadilac in Akron, the pulled the tire and said the sensor was gone , when Central Cadilac plugged the tire the sensor must have fallen out. So with that being said , I had to pay 100.00 to get it fixed , that was my deductible with my extended warranty.... hopefully I can be reimbursed some kind of way....

I purchased a used 2021 model Sport and after being very impressed sold it in order to get a 2022 Sport with Super Cruise, which I absolutely love. I love all of the new technology, with the exception of Apple Car Play. I had a 2016 prior to this generation and was surprised that the gas mileage is actually better on the newer one. The ride is the best ever.

A few issues… car is loud on bumpy road. Would expect more from Cadillac. Options for dash customization are lacking. No time or temp in front of you. Seat belts should snug like Mercedes. Seats are comfortable and power is there. I know I’m being picky but you should expect no road noise.

I bought a used car. Should I lower my expectations? The Don Sitts dealership does not lower theirs! The car was very clean and almost perfect otherwise! The owner’s manual was missing but they assured me that they would get one for me! It has only been a week and I don’t know if they have one on the way... I would go back to them as everything else was just right!

Greeted with several disappointments coming from an Audi. Regardless, my next vehicle will be another Cadillac or Lincoln. I my opinion the XT4 is the best looking compact suv.

The vehicle has been good so far. I like the handling and style. I would like to see a little more padding on the console where my knee rests. It would make it more comfortable. The seats could use a little work also. I have a Ram truck and the seats are more comfortable.

A pleasure to drive. Virtually no turbo-lag, responsive, comfortable and stylish to boot. My Premium Luxury has all the optional packages including massaging seats (great for my wife, who suffers from chronic back issues). Drove many competitors, but none could measure up overall to this SUV.
