A pleasure to drive. Virtually no turbo-lag, responsive, comfortable and stylish to boot. My Premium Luxury has all the optional packages including massaging seats (great for my wife, who suffers from chronic back issues). Drove many competitors, but none could measure up overall to this SUV.

We love our XT5, it drives great and looks great. The only thing is the navigation. You have to plug in your cell phone to get it.

I just purchased a used 2016 Luxury Coupe 2.0. Love the driving experience and the styling/interior. 64,000 miles. The Kona interior with sapa wood trim is beautiful . Only problem so far is one of the HID headlights is going out, expensive to replace.

The XT5 has met all of our expectations in handling, performance and comfort. The 3.6 engine has excellent mileage and power. Interior is very comfortable and stylish. The XT5 appearance does distinguish itself from a lot of SUV's out there. I bought vehicle from a lease return and it looks like it belongs on the show room floor

I've owned this car for 4 years now. It is my 1st Cadillac and I just love it! The ATS is reliable no matter what the weather. It's quick and powerful yet, great on gas mileage. It has all the features you could ever want: 2 wheel, or all wheel driving, heated seats, heated steering wheel, sunroof, programable garage door button, sync cell phone for hands free, push button start, remote start, can even start car from Google/Alexa. Has standard Apps on touchscreen for NAV, Weather, OnStar and Pandora (music). Love the sound quality from the Boise speakers. Despite all the features that I love; There are a couple of design flaws of the car: ATS has a sporty design, it is low rider. For sure it's a smooth ride, however it being so low you do feel all the bumps in the road and slowing down for railroad tracks is a must. I'm only 5'2 and have to step down to get into it. Anyone close to 6 foot tall will bump their knee or head getting into it. As for cabin room, it is tight quarters. This vehicle is not for the driver who likes to carry a lot of things in (their) car. The trunk is small and very little storage inside the cabin area. The front seat has standard small glove box, a small hidden compartment but still too small to really store & access everyday items like sunglasses, coins/change or cell phone. The biggest and most costly Con about the car is getting the headlamp(s) changed. You can't do it yourself, it's too tight of an area to get your hand in the light housing area. It's designed to where you have to take it to a mechanic and they will have to literally remove the front bumper to get access and getting this done is costly expense. Luckily the headlights don't burn out often, but it is a added expense to have in mind. Over all, it is the best vehicle I've owned and I have a wonderful experience driving my ATS and I will drive it until it can't go anymore, then I'll most likely get another!

This is my 2nd SRX Performance, unfortunately my first, a 2014, was totaled on a back road here in Southern Lancaster County PA. That car rolled and flipped during the crash that I WALKED AWAY FROM!! Thanks go to all the airbags in the Cadilac!! That wreck convinced my to buy the 2015 I presently own. I currently have over 204,000 miles on my car that I have driven all over the country as a traveling electrician and the dependability of this vehicle has been unmatched from any other vehicle I have owned. That being said, the only thing that has let me down is the CUE screen. Seems as if the screen internally separating was a known issue that GM/Cadillac left us hanging on. It's a very expensive repair from Cadillac but can be fixed if you have the time and mechanical ability fairly inexpensively. I'm sure I have the capability to purchase a new aftermarket screen and repair it, just don't have the time nor the desire at this point to go through all the hassle. Again, Cadillac should have already fixed this problem but unfortunately they ignored it. I'm actually looking for another low mileage SRX to have on standby for when or if my current car fails me.

Super comfortable, easy to park, and second row bucket seats are a must for easy access. The paint is premium white. Rear seats remove easily.

My car is 15 years old. I've had it for ten. I got 29.5 mpg on my trip to Santa Barbara over Easter. Problem is is that is doesn't always start the first time. Supposedly has 'extended crank' which could mean the check valve in the fuel tank. The local dealer never could figure it out. To repair it will be cost prohibitive, so my search for the XT5 continues.

Got a 2023 identical to this 3 weeks ago. Bought it for retirement road travel. Have had 2 SRXs before. Traded in a sweet 2016 ATS Performance coupe reluctantly. No regrets. Electronics are outstanding. Handles better than the SRX. As peppy and nimble as the ATS. Always GM, never disappointed. Value, comfort, performance.

Great experience even though I was unable to purchase a vehicle for personal reasons. Throughout the entire process, Moe, was fair, respectful and willing to go the extra mile, NEVER pushy for a second. Our SRX has been awesome. It currently has >110K miles, and it is still going strong. With regular maintenance aside, we have really only had two significant repairs performed. The touchscreen went out at about 85K. Thankfully, our extended warranty covered that replacement. A few months later, I took it in for a slight vibration while driving. This vibration became noticeable at speeds above 30MPH, and it become slightly more pronounced the faster at which you travelled. Repair tech find that a coil spring on the passenger front strut assembly had broken. Service manager, service writer, and the technician/mechanic were all surprised, and they took me into the garage to look at where the bottom portion of the coil spring was simply gone with clear break line showing. There was no indication of how or why it broke, but our current theory is impurities or maybe air bubble(s) while they were casting the spring. Motor & transmission have been solid. AWD system has been great, and it handles the winter snow & ice quite well. The 3.6L, naturally-aspirated motor performs decently. One must take that with a grain of salt, as it can easily seem slightly lethargic when compared to the slew of slightly newer cars & SUVs that are now coming out with some kind of forced-air induction (turbo(s) or supercharger). All things considered it is a solid performer. Ride quality is good. Handling is better than expected. It lacks features like Apple CarPlay, but it does support basic Bluetooth connectivity. Audio quality is better than your average vehicle, and the on-board microphones make it easy to hold phone conversations at any speed. The dual, rear seat DVD screen option is a rarity, but it is great for anyone with kids. The included Bluetooth headsets let your kid(s) listen their DVD while you listen to something else. It also comes with a "simplified" remote control which allows them to navigate menus and perform normal video functions (FF, REW, Pause, etc.). Another standout option, in my opinion, is cooled/ventilated front seats. This was our first vehicle with this option. My youngest daughter & I are both in love with this option. Overall, I think the SRX is still (12-years and counting) an attractive looking mid-size SUV with a solid drivetrain and Cadillac-level creature comforts.

I just perched this SUV and I like it alot it's a very nice machine I'm glad I bought it. This thing got some go to it she handles great. I made her do fish tails on take off it was a test since I'm a test driver and she passed the test.

I loved my CTS. I owned a 2014 CTS 3.6 AWD. In my opinion, the 2014-2019 body style was not only the best CTS body style, but one of the best looking sedans ever! The drive of this care was phenomenal. Though I was not racing or a professional racer with my CTS, the acceleration and handling was out of this world. I would hands down buy this car again!
