I think the car is stylish. It is definitely the right fit for my family and me. The car seemed to be in excellent condition. What I like most about the car is, it rides so smoothly and it handles very well. I almost feel like I'm floating on a cloud while driving. My last car purchase was 20 years ago and I have always purchased foreign cars, but I think I will stick with this brand! I am absolutely satisfied with my purchase.

I bought an off-lease 2017 with 36k miles. I've driven it for a couple of months and love it so far. The auto stop/start takes a little getting used to, and if I'm going through a drive thru I sometimes pull it down into Manual just so it doesn't stop and start so many times.
The exterior styling turns heads, and the interior is very luxurious and comfortable. It's a true pleasure to drive, and the automatic braking has already prevented a possible collision in a parking lot. The lane keep assist is also a great feature, especially if you are someone who gets sleepy driving.
This was amazing. We got exactly what we wanted in a vehicle. The salesman was knowlegeable and helpful. The loan officer was so easy to work with. A very pleasant relaxing experience. Not at all like the last Colorado we bought at Rydell. We will NEVER buy from them ever again. Community Motors you have us as forever customers. Thanks so much.

Compared the disaster BMW X5 4.0e that I own the Cadillac SRX was a standout winner in any comparison. Gas mileage was OK. Onstar is peace of mind at cheap price and unlike the BMW app, the Cadillac iPhone app works every time to lock/unlock or pre-heat/cool the car. I will NEVER make the mistake of choosing a BMW crossover over a Cadillac again.
Very easy and painless process. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. Had to wait on financing but they were very accommodating. Ended up having to come back the next day to pick the vehicle up but it was worth it and they gave me a full tank of gas for coming back. Will definitely look here first the next time I need a vehicle.

Was looking for a used Cadillac ATS. Found via cars dot com a gray ATS AWD with Navigation. After driving 60 miles to find the car it turns out to be purple. ( actually something Cadillac calls Plum). The navigation turns out to be only on star and they could only demo it in French. The sales guy was extremely apologetic so I give you three stars but I bought elsewhere.

Very comfortable ride. Love the height from the ground. Only downside are the headlights, the low beams are completely inadequate. The high beams are great.
This car is the last of the luxury over performance vehicles from Cadillac. That being said handling and performance are decent enough, but clearly lacking when compared to others in the same market segment. The main pros are a quiet cabin and ultra soft ride. Cons, down market interior appointments and a CUE system that can be downright frustrating at times. Overall a good proposition if you are looking for uncompromising space, a reasonable level of quality, and have an affinity for the Cadillac name plate.
This car drives well, feels good, and is inexpensive to own. It services like a Chevy, Uses Regular Gas, I am not worried about driving it through the car wash. The Trunk is enormous and the back seats fold down for even more space.
Had other Cadillacs and always enjoyed the ride and comfort all were reliable and as I bought them used gave very good value for money. This XTS continues on and is very comfortable, the CUE control with radio, temp, and other accessories seems overly complicated and I‘d prefer a simpler system.

Great car. Cadillac sold me a damaged car without disclosing the damage. Dealership sold and I had no one left at dealership to support my claim . Bought over a million dollars in cars from GM and they refused to fix my car.
We went to Rydell's looking for a used pickup. We were met by Dawn who was a sales representitive. She was most cordial and attentively listeded to what we were looking for in a pickup. She made suggestions and arranged for test drives.
The experience with Dawn and Rydells was most pleasing and enjoyable. Yes, we did make our purchase from Rydells that day.

I had a very pleasant experience with Dunlaps. They aren't pushy at all. The buying process was quick and reasonable.
Center CUE system doesn't work

My ex-wife and I own one as well as another person I met at a gas station while pumping gas asked me if my CUE system worked. All three of us have the same problem. This model should be recalled as I understand that the mechanic at a Cadillac dealer said that is a real problem that costs $1200.00 to repair. How long will Cadillac allow this defect to go on without fixing it. I go out of my way when asked by people that I meet how I like the car. I have taken it to a local Cadillac dealer and they as well says that it is a major problem. Cadillac has an undercurrent of very unhappy car owners sharing their opinion of the problem with all interested party"s. Not good publicity.
