Let me tell you this is the best car dealership ever. Thank you Mary, you really understood my concern and took it to heart. You were straight forward with me didn’t cut no corners. I traveled all the way from Brooklyn with my family and the customer service i received when I came through the door was phenomenal.I drove off two hours later in my car when other dealers wouldn’t even help me. Our SRX has been awesome. It currently has >110K miles, and it is still going strong. With regular maintenance aside, we have really only had two significant repairs performed. The touchscreen went out at about 85K. Thankfully, our extended warranty covered that replacement. A few months later, I took it in for a slight vibration while driving. This vibration became noticeable at speeds above 30MPH, and it become slightly more pronounced the faster at which you travelled. Repair tech find that a coil spring on the passenger front strut assembly had broken. Service manager, service writer, and the technician/mechanic were all surprised, and they took me into the garage to look at where the bottom portion of the coil spring was simply gone with clear break line showing. There was no indication of how or why it broke, but our current theory is impurities or maybe air bubble(s) while they were casting the spring. Motor & transmission have been solid. AWD system has been great, and it handles the winter snow & ice quite well. The 3.6L, naturally-aspirated motor performs decently. One must take that with a grain of salt, as it can easily seem slightly lethargic when compared to the slew of slightly newer cars & SUVs that are now coming out with some kind of forced-air induction (turbo(s) or supercharger). All things considered it is a solid performer. Ride quality is good. Handling is better than expected. It lacks features like Apple CarPlay, but it does support basic Bluetooth connectivity. Audio quality is better than your average vehicle, and the on-board microphones make it easy to hold phone conversations at any speed. The dual, rear seat DVD screen option is a rarity, but it is great for anyone with kids. The included Bluetooth headsets let your kid(s) listen their DVD while you listen to something else. It also comes with a "simplified" remote control which allows them to navigate menus and perform normal video functions (FF, REW, Pause, etc.). Another standout option, in my opinion, is cooled/ventilated front seats. This was our first vehicle with this option. My youngest daughter & I are both in love with this option. Overall, I think the SRX is still (12-years and counting) an attractive looking mid-size SUV with a solid drivetrain and Cadillac-level creature comforts.

I just purchased a used 2016 Luxury Coupe 2.0. Love the driving experience and the styling/interior. 64,000 miles. The Kona interior with sapa wood trim is beautiful . Only problem so far is one of the HID headlights is going out, expensive to replace.

Very nice SUV has a Cadillac comfort ride witch his excellent. A lot of features and gadgets. Cadillac stuff in around for years and I always have been very luxurious and the ride is just awesome.

This is my 2nd SRX Performance, unfortunately my first, a 2014, was totaled on a back road here in Southern Lancaster County PA. That car rolled and flipped during the crash that I WALKED AWAY FROM!! Thanks go to all the airbags in the Cadilac!! That wreck convinced my to buy the 2015 I presently own. I currently have over 204,000 miles on my car that I have driven all over the country as a traveling electrician and the dependability of this vehicle has been unmatched from any other vehicle I have owned. That being said, the only thing that has let me down is the CUE screen. Seems as if the screen internally separating was a known issue that GM/Cadillac left us hanging on. It's a very expensive repair from Cadillac but can be fixed if you have the time and mechanical ability fairly inexpensively. I'm sure I have the capability to purchase a new aftermarket screen and repair it, just don't have the time nor the desire at this point to go through all the hassle. Again, Cadillac should have already fixed this problem but unfortunately they ignored it. I'm actually looking for another low mileage SRX to have on standby for when or if my current car fails me.

My daughter saw a car online that she was very interested in so we drove to DND Autogroup from Pennsylvania to check it out. Everyone was very helpful and answered all of my questions with knowledge and professionalism. We decided we would purchase the car but because we were paying cash we needed to return a few days later. Dennis did all of the paperwork for us at our initial visit so that when we came back it was a very quick and easy process. So far my daughter LOVES the car and we are so pleased.

I love my car but come on! How many people have I seen online with the exact problem OVERHEATING!! Did the makers do this on purpose? It seems to me they did! I was headed to work 25 miles away from home & yep over heated out of the blue. Replaced tensioner pulley belt and thermostat. Again! Replaced water pump still overheating! Then both front wheel bearings out at the same time replaced. Replaced over flow tanks cap. Throttle position sensor and vehicle speed sensor plus went through $300 worth of antifreeze no joke! Why are us cadillac owners having the exact same issue? That's not fair! I tell you people will do anything for money so sad! We should get some kind of repayment!

This 18 year old Car has "lasted 10 years" like it should, as the song says. Its still smooth, powerful, and everything still works. The original white paint still looks like new. Of course, the previous owner obviously took care of it, and I will too. Heads turn, when I arrive in this, even tho, Used, I paid about 20 cents on the dollar for what most new ones cost. Sure, I miss the backup camera, the blind spot monitor, and adaptive cruise of my newer cars, but, I fixed the BSM with a small round concave mirror which eliminated that blind spot. I feel very safe in the powerful big car, that gets surprisingly great mileage on the hiway, sometimes close to 30 miles per gallon, with an average of around 27 hiway. Of course its much worse around town, stop and go. The trunk is so large, that a small family could move in the trunk and live there. Well not quite. This model is the "fleet livery" model. I understand that GM put a 3 year 150,000 mile warranty on the fleet models.. you dont want it to break, so that warranty is a vote of confidence. I think a big difference between "fleet" models and the regular Caddy, is the fleet has an oversized radiator, and holds 60 percent more oil. This is important because radiators tend to clog up, reducing capacity, over time, and causing the engine to heat up. Overheating is a killer of engines and this massive radiator keeps it cool no matter what. It also takes extra oil..8 quarts. That keeps it cool, too. It costs a little more oil at oil changes, But that's but its a small price to pay for a very reliable car.

This compact coupe is absolutely gorgeous and I love it more every single day… 6+ years later, styling can’t be beat! Two recommendations: 1) Take to the dealer and do a transmission fluid flush as soon as you get it. 2) Swap out the runflats for all-season or summer tires. You’re welcome!

Rides a little stiffer than the Deville. Has a smaller gas tank and lower MPG, but this is the big model available after the Deville was discontinued. If you like the comfort ride, this is your car. I have the Platinum model, and it is decked out. Still trying to find some of the features!

Purchased this car because of our experience with out 2012 SRX. As much as we like the 2012 the 2016 exceeds it in every criteria. Especially appreciate the the advances with the safety equipment. Love the cross traffic warning in the backup camera. Blind spot warning in the outside rearview mirrors are especially helpful. Learned driving thru Atlanta in heavy traffic just after a rainstorm that I never want t be without rainsense windshield wipers. Very convenient and a huge safety factor.

I purchased this car slightly used in 2016 and to date have spent very little on repairs other than regularly scheduled maintence. It is now approaching 93K miles and so far have not had to change out the brakes and just now passed state inspection. A couple of years ago I was on my way to visit my wife that was in the hospital and while on my way, the car in front of me had come to a complete stop which in turn as I did as well to allow for a turning vehicle. While I was stopped, someone hit me from behind doing about 35 MPH. I received no injuries whatsoever and only damage to my car was rear bumper tore up, but other than that, received no other damage. However, he was driving a SUV as well, and it smashed in his front end, side panels and rendered it inoperable. Definitly feel safe when traveling in this car. And based on the very little cost of operating this car, I highly recomend this vehicle as a great purchase.

I've owned this car for 4 years now. It is my 1st Cadillac and I just love it! The ATS is reliable no matter what the weather. It's quick and powerful yet, great on gas mileage. It has all the features you could ever want: 2 wheel, or all wheel driving, heated seats, heated steering wheel, sunroof, programable garage door button, sync cell phone for hands free, push button start, remote start, can even start car from Google/Alexa. Has standard Apps on touchscreen for NAV, Weather, OnStar and Pandora (music). Love the sound quality from the Boise speakers. Despite all the features that I love; There are a couple of design flaws of the car: ATS has a sporty design, it is low rider. For sure it's a smooth ride, however it being so low you do feel all the bumps in the road and slowing down for railroad tracks is a must. I'm only 5'2 and have to step down to get into it. Anyone close to 6 foot tall will bump their knee or head getting into it. As for cabin room, it is tight quarters. This vehicle is not for the driver who likes to carry a lot of things in (their) car. The trunk is small and very little storage inside the cabin area. The front seat has standard small glove box, a small hidden compartment but still too small to really store & access everyday items like sunglasses, coins/change or cell phone. The biggest and most costly Con about the car is getting the headlamp(s) changed. You can't do it yourself, it's too tight of an area to get your hand in the light housing area. It's designed to where you have to take it to a mechanic and they will have to literally remove the front bumper to get access and getting this done is costly expense. Luckily the headlights don't burn out often, but it is a added expense to have in mind. Over all, it is the best vehicle I've owned and I have a wonderful experience driving my ATS and I will drive it until it can't go anymore, then I'll most likely get another!

Great car.Second owner and I’ve had for five years now I’ve had for five years now. Truck has 195,000 miles and is still running strong. Some of the sensors are acting quirky and I have to take it up to Cadillac for them to look at but otherwise the truck has been fine. Keep all the scheduled maintenance going. Transmission is shifting a little hard at times when cold. But the truck is 9 years old now. I will be purchasing another one.
