Having owned 1 srx and 2 xt5. Now an xt4, I think it is the most appealing. My loaded sport has all the luxury and safety features. I drive it in sport for kicks, and 2wd for economy. If you don't need cargo space but like the xt5, go for it! Enjoy!

The CT5 sport looks great and rides great. I don't have any complaints, everything is great so far. The dealer, Dimmitt Cadillac in St Pete has been great as well.

In maintaining our 2020 Buick Enclave, we have used Buick GMC Watertown Ct, since our purchase in September 2019 and have always received the best on time, reliable service and friendly customer service on our visits. The staff that reviews what service I am requesting will always review for possible upcoming recommendations of service as well. The cost and approximate time of completion has always been spot on.

No issues and it is much better than electric cars. Safer and much less expensive to own. Also much more convenient for normal driving .Not weekly range anxiety as I had when I owned an electric car. Never buy electric again.

My wife's car is a 2019 XT5 premium purchased new and now has 60,000 trouble free miles, still looks and drives like new. I needed another vehicle that was practical and luxurious. I found a fairly loaded used 2022 XT6 premium with average miles, negotiated what I thought was a very good deal and purchased. Same engine as my XT5 but a softer ride and great features, very quiet and comfortable. Bose sound system is excellent and vehicle has plenty of utility. I was surprised at the depreciation for such a nice SUV, maybe I just got lucky being in the right place at the right time or maybe because it was end of December and dealers want to move inventory by years end, anyway great SUV, I am very happy so far.

From the moment i went in to test drive a vehicle to the moment i drove away in an immaculately detailed used Mercedes, the staff gave me no issues or pressure of any sort. Just smiles- Carlos is the financer and salesperson and by the time i left i felt like we had become friends. He was even able to save me $500 off the total sales price. This is my 2nd SRX Performance, unfortunately my first, a 2014, was totaled on a back road here in Southern Lancaster County PA. That car rolled and flipped during the crash that I WALKED AWAY FROM!! Thanks go to all the airbags in the Cadilac!! That wreck convinced my to buy the 2015 I presently own. I currently have over 204,000 miles on my car that I have driven all over the country as a traveling electrician and the dependability of this vehicle has been unmatched from any other vehicle I have owned. That being said, the only thing that has let me down is the CUE screen. Seems as if the screen internally separating was a known issue that GM/Cadillac left us hanging on. It's a very expensive repair from Cadillac but can be fixed if you have the time and mechanical ability fairly inexpensively. I'm sure I have the capability to purchase a new aftermarket screen and repair it, just don't have the time nor the desire at this point to go through all the hassle. Again, Cadillac should have already fixed this problem but unfortunately they ignored it. I'm actually looking for another low mileage SRX to have on standby for when or if my current car fails me.

Folks were very nice. Just did not find the right car there. Test drove a couple cars but none worked out for what I was looking for.

Good interior quality, beefy, spacious and well built. Predictable handling in all weather and road conditions. Not so comfy but your ride is always safe. Regular maintenance is not so expensive.

3rd XT5 have had no issues with '19 & '21. Current our '24 is experiencing automatic braking and cruise control issues. The vehicle is in the shop to be fixed. This issue has caused crashes. Our experience was shocking with the system slamming on the brakes while moving. Ido hope Cadillac gets this issue corrected. We are very apprehensive when driving and will be since this occured.

Whole experience was outstanding. Don is an outstanding salesman and I will be contacting him in my next search for a vehicle.

The Cadillac XT4 Is a good SUV,it just falls a little short in some categories that could make it great.A little better performance.better quaity interior pieces and some reliably issues.

We discussed with friends a solid American vehicle to serve as a daily driver and saw good bones with the distinctive exterior/interior design and technologically advanced XT4 Sport (20” wheels). The 2.0-liter turbocharged engine handles everyday driving and quick passing maneuvers without issue. The 9-speed automatic transmission is generally smooth but does seek the perfect gear, particularly in low-speed traffic. For many, the OEM setup may be just fine, however, we opted to “refine” a few of the Luxury & Sport options that the original owner passed on (we're the 2nd owners) and now enjoy climbing into the cockpit of this daily transporter! Greeted with several disappointments coming from an Audi. Regardless, my next vehicle will be another Cadillac or Lincoln. I my opinion the XT4 is the best looking compact suv.

A pleasure to drive. Virtually no turbo-lag, responsive, comfortable and stylish to boot. My Premium Luxury has all the optional packages including massaging seats (great for my wife, who suffers from chronic back issues). Drove many competitors, but none could measure up overall to this SUV.

I have the Sport AWD trim in Velocity Red. I’m coming off a 2015 Subaru Legacy Limited, which I loved. There is no comparison between the two cars. Even in sport mode the CT4 has a more comfortable ride. The Legacy’s cabin was a little roomier but the fit and finish on the Cadillac is top notch. Handling is much better too.

Love the style, ride and the ease to learn the technology. Very happy with getting premium performance using regular gas. Plenty of room for all 5 passengers.

My wife and I enjoy our XT4 and we have drive it over 19,000 miles in 11 months. People complaining about issues apparently didn’t test drive one before they purchased other wise they shouldn’t be complaining. Performance 8 Comfort. 8 Quality. 7 Exterior finish 9 Interior 8 Ride. 7 Quietness. 8 Nimbleness. 8 Handling. 7 Rear seat room 6 Over all for the value it’s a very nice car. The sunroof had a rattle - dealer repaired a loose clip - fixed - - dealership replaced its battery it seemed weak - replaced with a more powerful one. We have at times spent 7-8 hours highway driving found it very comfortable and quiet. Headlights light of the road ahead very good. In all a very good car. Sounds like some owners should have driven one more before purchasing one or maybe purchased a larger model. We have owned many much more expensive vehicles and this one is in the top ones we have owned. We are in our 70’s so its smaller size is great for getting around. We haven’t had any issues like their complaining about. We will purchase another one possibly a 2025 model.

Awesome car. 2007 Base in 'passion red' # 225 of 250. First roadster I've ever owned, so I can say its the best I've ever owned. Purchased last year with 98k miles and the car runs and drive like new. Everything works (for now) its been a lot of fun getting to know it.

I have a ct6 platinum with super cruise. 4 years now bought used . I have driven it 60k miles. Not a single problem. Normally gets 30mpg with the 3.6v6 on highway about 24 in town. The car handles fantastic on any surface. I love it. Highly recommend it.
